They did a great job with listening to what I wanted and executing well. My stylist asked her supervisor questions to double check, which put me at ease as a client. She did wonderful!

I have to give two stars not because of the way they do Hair because that’s always been great. The two stars are for the front desk admin. I have to call a half dozen times at all random times to TRY to get a hold of someone. They never answer the phones. Even when I’m up front waiting for my appointment I see them on their cell phones and choose to not answer the phone. Also setting a certain appointment time has been a struggle lately. I have an appointment at 10am I expect to be seen no later than maybe 1020am. I have waited close to an hour before because they failed to tell me the girl was booked when I scheduled. Other than the staff the Hair stylist are great and I leave happy.

Jennifer (Phase 2) was awesome! She took her time, and listened to what I wanted for my hair. Not only did my hair look better afterwards but it was so much healthier! Highly recommend coming here.

This is my second experience at the Paul Mitchell school in Charlotte . I have been very pleased both times everyone is friendly and knowledgable I feel very relaxed here . Today I am with Monica who gave me a wonderful day of highlights and haircut . After being laid up a few weeks I feel like a new women thank you and good luck after graduation I know you will be an amazing asset to wherever you go!

Do not come here if you ethnic background. They do not treat us the same in regards to styles provided. I was advised over the phone that I would be able to obtain a certain style and when I arrived was told that it would be additional basically because of my hair type. EVEN THOUGH IVE SEEN THEM DO IT FOR OTHER RACES OF PEOPLE AT NO CHARGE! The only time I will be coming back to this place is if I need condition. Waste of time. The people at the front are rude and when I asked to speak to the director of the school he blew me off. And when my sweet stylist tried to console me she was advised by a director not to do so. If you are even thinking about going to this school reconsider. From what I hear it’s way to expensive and you are limited in regards to what you are able to do.

I have been going to the Paul Mitchell School for at least six months now. I have been pleased with every haircut I have gotten. The students are friendly and extremely well trained into even the science of your hair. The professor and the student discuss your expectations together with you to make sure you are happy with the plan. Then, the student works efficiently, but with great attention to detail to make sure you get a great style. All this is done for a fraction of the price of a regular hair salon! You can get even further discounts from Groupon and LivingSocial. Even the facility itself has a positive, upbeat vibe to it! I highly recommend going here.

Just had the most fabulous cut, wash and style with Clarissa!!! Beautiful! My hair feels so silky smooth and shiny. She was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and just an awesomeness stylist. Clarissa when u graduate and become famous remember me!!!!

The first time I came my highlights ended up a little too ashy but they were still very well done. I came back in and they stripped some of the color out and my hair ended up being beautiful!

Sue was fantastic! I didn't have a clue what I wanted to do and she had such a great vision for my makeover. We did a balayage, cut and style. So thankful I came and would recommend the Phase 2 folks with no reservation!

I worked with Perla Rodriguez. I got the awapehi treatment, a haircut and a blowout. I asked her to give me an inverted bob and loved the result.
She makes sure she invests a lot of time in your treatment and the blow dry and makes sure you absolutely love what you get!
She also gave me a hand massage :)
I already have another appointment set up!

I went in for a new cut and color. I had Kyla in phase two. She was amazing, and the instructor does a great job supervising these students. Kyla was super nice and has an outgoing personality. My hair turned out amazing, and you can't beat the price. Absolutely LOVE my new style and color. Would highly recommend, and I'll certainly be back!
