the woman working at this shop was incredibly rude to me after i told her that i would be looking for a dress that was about a size 5if you aren't a size 0 they really aren't looking to help you

I was nervous my wedding dress would be nearly impossible to bustle due to the fabric and design but the alterations lady did wonders! It's perfect and I am so thankful. Affordable and highly recommended!

Very friendly people, love the dresses. Most places only have one or two dress to choose from. This place had a bunch of dresses for my 10 year old daughter to choose from. This will be our store for now on!! Beautiful high quality dresses. The dress we bought had a few loose beads. I didn't notice but the lady did and she made sure she fixed it that day. Only had to wait 30mins to fix. They take care of the customer and make sure the dress is 100 percent perfect.

A little pricey, but definitely worth it. The dresses are very high quality. I went in this weekend looking for a prom dress and was in and out within an hour. Every color and style you can imagine, they have it. The owners are very helpful and willing to look up different sizes and colors in the style you like. The owners also recommend colors and styles that fit you! I walked out of there with a dress I absolutely love that was recommended to me that I would have never tried on if I were just shopping on my own. Being a size 14, it's difficult finding nice prom dresses that fit, especially at places like Macy's, JCP, Dillard's, etc. The best part, unlimited try ons!! You can try on as many dresses as you would like without the owners being upset. Luckily, we were the only ones in the store, so we got a lot of attention and help. I would recommend going on a day they won't be busy so you can have a similar experience. They are also willing to tailor for you, hem, bustle, etc. Highly recommend!!

I needed a bridesmaid dress altered in a very short timeframe. Most places told me to allow about two months. These guys did it in less than two weeks. Jessica was very efficient and did a wonderful job. I had to order the dress in a size 6, and she was able to take the top of the dress in to just under a size 4. It looks like I ordered it that way. I definitely recommend their alteration services to anyone.

We went in looking for a cute homecoming dress. Lady that worked there was very rude and not helpful at all. They expect everyone to fit into a size XS. Very disappointed. You can tell they're stingy with their money because they don't offer different sizes for their dresses. Don't waste your time here!!!

OMG! I bought shoes for my daughter for this store, after spending 170 dollars on a dress there. That I had no problem with and absolutely loved but the shoes, literally feel apart within an hour of her wearing them, the buckles broke off the soles came off, and they were not wearable. I would post a picture of the shoes and the disgusting state they are in after wearing them for an hour, but needless to say the page won't let me. I would also post a picture of the receipt too showing that I bought them this last friday, but again it will not let me. As a retired business owner I am appalled that this store does not stand by the product they sell. When I tried to return the shoes, I was told by the sales lady, "That she probably danced too hard in them." No refund, no store credit, and no more business from me.

We were looking for a prom dress that stands out. Been through other shops but weren't excited, until we came to Party Cloz. The store has so many different styles and types to choose from. Prices are compatible if not better than the other stores. They have alteration, you know, hem up the length, take in the sides, kind of things. We'll been recommeding our friends about this place.
