Super friendly and helpful service. If they don't have what you need, they're always happy to find it and order it, usually for pickup the next day.

These guys really came through for me! A traveler from Missouri, driving my personal vehicle, and staying at Rocky Mountain National Park, I ended up losing my muffler on Old Fall River Road and NAPA of Estes Park was able to track one down and get it brought to the store next day! They were extremely helpful in getting the adaptors and clamps needed to hold it in place well enough so I could finish my 2 week trip and not make too much of a disturbance everywhere I go!

This Napa leaves you wanting another parts store in town. Understaffed and the staff doesn't listen to customers well, they wasted a lot of time only addressing one question at a time and seemed unable or willing to compare parts in the store and on computer. They also barely acknowledge my presences even though I was only customer in the store. They don't seem to check their inventory well, computer says multiple items in-stock but they could not find either parts I needed, and not the first time this occurred. Not the only NAPA I've left in disappointment.

Needed zip ties. They had them. Limited tool selection. Probably could use more staff. The clerk helped me out, but was also on the phone with another customer the whole time. If you need a car part they're fine, but pretty no frills compared to other Napa shops I've been to.
