I was pleasantly blown away! Friendly service and what a great price! I brought my car in for a brake check a few months ago. The friendly folks at Brakes Plus said I did not need anything done! How good is that! They said I still had some life left on the brakes.
I recently started to notice a loud squeak and decided to get it checked out. It was time for the pads to be changed. The price was less than they originally quoted! They found a coupon for me to use.
I am very picky when it comes to service and I am a believer in Brakes Plus!

Incomparable. I have been taking my car to Brakes Plus for everything since June 2014 (excludes tires; only because they do not sell them). My car is a 2003 Ford Taurus so it requires service beyond the regular oil change. Ultimately, I have never been dissatisfied. Should you ever have a negative experience with service, repairs or an employee, give management the opportunity to address your concern. They will make it right.

This is the cheapest place for an oil change hand down. Customer service has been good, minus one time when they failed to save my appointment in their system. I arrived and they advised that they did not have an appointment for me. They were still able to complete the service in an acceptable amount of time. I have referred several friends and family members here based on the reasonable cost of their services and relatively quick turnaround times.

I didn't expect to receive the amazing service I did at this high volume repair shop! It is surprising how Brakes Plus offers reliable and high quality repair services to a high volume of customers in a day while still keeping wait times short and providing personalized service! I was amazed at how the employees knew my name and vehicle type when I walked in the door and were well versed in the issues my car was being serviced for. I HIGHLY recommend Brakes Plus for an array of mechanical services, they are the best in Fort Collins!

The staff was very friendly from when I called and made my appointment to walking into the store. They also were very thorough with explaining everything that needed to be done to my car brakes. I also noticed that they do more than just brakes, they also change oil and deal with other repairs which is super convenient. I would definitely recommend going here!

This location and the staff are excellent! I highly recommend them! They were polite and very helpful. They offered me a ride home so I would not have to wait for my car to be done which helped me tremendously. The price was fair and they honored their warranty. I will definitely go back!

This location deserves 10 stars, I highly recommend going here!!! Right when you walk in, you are greeted by someone and they are extremely polite the whole time they are helping you. I did make an appointment last week and ended up having to come back to pick up my car because they were so busy which was a little frustrating but I did make another appointment for a today. They got my car right in and changed my oil within a short time frame. The manager of the shop went above and beyond to apologize to me for my previous experience and ended up giving me a really good discount without me asking which is hard to come by with other places. This location has the greatest customer service I have ever experienced when it comes to an oil change. I am definitely a customer for life now!! Not only for my oil changes, but any other service I need, I will be returning to this location!!!!

The service was exemplary. The staff there are polite and very professional. They are fair and they do great work in a reasonable time, my vehicle needed quite a few things replaced on it and they replaced everything in a very reasonable time frame, and the price they quoted me was right on when everything was finished. Now my car drives beautifully, and I could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to this Brakes Plus location!

Great service and full inspection found other fixes I wasn't aware of. But if not found I would have major mechanical issues. Very thorough inspection and repair time was fast. Will definitely recommend brakes plus!

I have been to brakes plus several times (enough for them to know who I am) and they have helped me with all my vehicles and always have done a fantastic job! Everyone is super nice and helpful. Every time I go they let me know if something needs to be done and never give me the "pushy sales" feeling. They are quick, affordable, and friendly. They are the reason I continue to drive all the way across town instead of just going to one down the street from my house. I will continue to take all my vehicles there. Thank you Brakes Plus for being my go to shop for all my vehicle needs!

Went in the other day with my car towed there. They replaced the alternator and said they charged the battery for several hours before I picked it up the next day. Took me as quickly as they could considering I had no appointment. Two days later, the car died but I was able to restart it and headed right back to Brakes Plus where after a few tests, it was revealed that my battery was very . very dead. AGAIN, without an appointment, they put in a new battery andI drove off just fine. these guys are very professional and trustworthy. they were very accommodating and just plain "nice." A pleasure to deal with.

I had an appointment yesterday morning to replace broken wheel studs. I was told that it takes 1 hour or little more and I decided to stay in the office. In one hour I noticed that my car is still on parking lot and mechanic picked it with 1.5 hour delay. Finally, after almost 2.5 hour of waiting I got my car back. But it is not a issue which forced me to write the review: sure, I was in rush, picked the car and drove back to my office and only in few hours I noticed, that I got a dent and light scratch on my rear passenger door in absolutely strange place: above the door handle. It can't be done in traffic or at parking lot without extra damage! Thanks God, I have good memory, love my car, and remember all defects on her, so, this one was absolutely new. Obviously , it is too late to drive back and argue with manager. but, guys, I understand, this is the life and everything might happens. Why you just don't say sorry, provide some excuse, give coupon, discount or just promise that you'll never do it again?
