Employees didn't care if I walked in the door or not. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before a guy finally came and asked if I needed help. I asked about steering fluid on a truck that we just inherited. He showed me to the brake fluid reservoir in my truck. When I tolled him that i had asked about steering issues he told me I was wrong and that I asked about brakes, which I'm positive that I did not. His attitude then got worse. When I asked about what type of fluid to use in a diesel truck he told me he didn't care what I used as he walked away. I've unfortunately had similar issues at this location when I lived a block away. I was hoping things changed but they have not. Go to any other part store in town, guaranteed to be better service. I will never go back!

Avoid this place at all cost!! Drive across the country if you have to but the staff is the most unhelpful rude and non hygienic place I've ever been. Ive been a Napa customer all of my life until now. I recently moved here and went into this shitshow thinking it was going to be the same store I was used to, I've now exchanged 2 faulty parts and on top of that they accept no responsibility for anything and continue to pass the buck to "corporate" the 2 so called experts are rude and full of crap not to mention one of their gophers had poop running down the back of his shorts. There are plenty of other options around so go anywhere but here, even wal mart! I challenge you to find a positive review and unless your going in with a bunch of money and know exactly what you want then Do Not Go Here. You will regret it. O'Reilly just got a new customer!

Don't bother brining in a hydraulic hose in to have a new fitting pressed on unless you plan on buying a whole new hose. Mike said we won't repair a used hose. Mind you the fitting broke off hose is fine. So instead of helping me out and saving me a good chunk of money. Tried to sell me a hose for $65-75 dollars. Go to Milliken if you need a new fitting pressed on.

Hated it. Their service is unprofessional. And they make a big deal when comes to return their poor quality parts. I do not recommend this place at all. Do not waste your money.
