Great jeep rental place for sand dunes tours. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend you book one of their tours, especially the ones towards the end of the day!

My fiance and I had a great experience here! The staff and drivers were really friendly and helpful. Without a doubt, I would quickly recommend this place and visit again if we were to go back to the area in the future.

Avoid if you can. Hidden charges, they charged us $50 for driving through water in an
Off-road Jeep ! The dune area has several
marshes and you are bound to drive through a puddle or two, it seemed like a deliberate strategy to rip customers off. Avoid this place, there are better options in the area.response / report this review -

This place is amazing! We have been on the jeep tours twice and it was super fun for the adults, and the kids! The jeeps are comfortable to ride in and the tour guide was awesome. An incredible experience and a must-do if you are in the Silver Lake area. The first time we went on a tour, we got to go up the highest dune in the Silver Lake dunes and it was a thrilling and awesome experience! The second time we came, we took a sunset tour and I enjoyed watching the sunset on the beach! After we came back, they were doing fireworks for the Fourth of July and that was a cool bonus. We also bought our souvenirs in their shop. I would go on this tour one million more times if I could!

Even if you have experience driving off road the guided tour is worth the investment. We did the half guided half self guided package. I would say the only possible exception would be if you have experience at the dunes themselves The tour guide shows you the best routes to take and helps you test the limits of the Jeep and a few tricks to avoid the other people on the dunes. I grew up driving ORV trails often and I felt the split guided and self driving package was well worth it.
It has been years since I have owned a Jeep and I was wondering how the new motors would handle, and it exceeded my expectations. Oh yeah, brand new unlimited 4 door Jeeps.
We were able to put car seats in the Jeep with no problems (two kids), just make sure you are there early enough to install Our kids loved every minute of our ride.

Had a great time. If you just listen to the staff they will tell you what you need to know and the map will make sense. The jeep was awesome. Was an experience we will not forget. We had the 9:30 time slot and even got a few extra minutes because the got us out so fast. Loved it Highly recommend.

Had an amazing time. BRAND NEW JEEPS. Super comfortable and 4 doors. Put my 3 year old in the car seat and we had an amazing tour. We then had an hour to ourself and it was so much fun! Will be back!

Had the worst experience! Would not recommend this awful place to anyone. The staff was rude, had no respect for the customers time or grievance.
They did not give us complete instructions before sending us out due to which we ended up getting stuck in traffic for an hour. After which they wasted another 20 mins ignoring us completely. All thanks to their poor service, we could not drive in the dunes; a waste of 300$ which they ofcourse didn't return. There were 3 other jeeps that got stuck in traffic because of their lack of instructions. No one got their money refunded.
Fyi- they provide a sorry excuse for a maplooks like little scribbles made by children. Wish they had some respect for the time and money that their customers spend.response / report this review -

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I would have given minus rating had it been possible. I would describe this place in 2 words: Poor communication and money minded. The instructor gave us all kind of instructions about where can we take the jeep and where we shouldn't drive but he didn't give clear map or instructions about how to reach to the sand dunes. So we were stuck in the stuck in a huge queue for one hour and then when we tried to talk to someone we didn't get good reasonable response or even our money back. And we heard this same complaint from at least 2-3 groups on the same day. I would never recommend this place to anyone and if you want to have some good fun time then you should go to other dunes rides places available in the same area.
