We loved our stay at Cocoa Cottage! Larry's breakfast was absolutely delicious and the additional treats (like the chocolate and wine reception and port and chocolate nightcap) were so fun. This was our first bed and breakfast experience and we'd definitely do it again!

We enjoyed a restful stay while traveling by bicycle through the area. It's a beautiful location within walking distance to the lakeside and downtown. Impeccably clean with beautiful wood floors and antiques, and a theme that's especially fun for chocolate lovers A delicious, relaxing breakfast on the outdoor patio was a highlight. Larry and Lisa provide superb hospitality!

Larry and Lisa - what great hosts! The rooms were very clean, and the beds quite comfortable. Beautiful woodwork and interesting antiques Fetch, a local brewery within walking distance brews a tasty IPA! Paved bike trails accessible in literally a couple of minutes. Great hosts, great place, great experience

The house was immaculately clean with little touches of chocolate no matter you looked. Very charming and cozy. Breakfast each morning was gastonomical delight! Larry and Lisa are very affable hosts and know their food and cooking well with local ingredients. The house is very close to entertainment and dining. You will not be disappointed.

Cozy, charming rooms, FANTASTIC breakfast, and friendly hosts. The antiques around the house have great stories behind them and add to the charm. Thank you Larry and Lisa for a wonderful stay!

Lisa and Larry make gracious hospitality their trademark

Knowing that Cocoa Cottage had an excellent rating created VERY high expectations for us. And Larry wasted no time not only meeting, but exceeding them! We were greeted warmly and immediately shown into the cozy well appointed dining room to fresh baked chocolate cheesecake with fresh strawberries and wine!

Our room - the Godiva - was beautiful, elegant and comfortable. We enjoyed the unseasonably warm breeze on the balcony, then strolled through the quiet tree lined neighborhood to enjoy games at Fetch's brewery - just 2 blocks away.

After a refreshing sleep on the "just right" mattress, we were treated to fresh baked breads, home made fudge spread and a maple pecan french toast pudding, great coffee and quiet, friendly conversation. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed another scrumptious breakfast of Sheered eggs, bacon roses & MORE fresh baked bread and fudge spread!

We poured ourselves into our car and ambled home - with memories that kept us relaxed for weeks!

This place is chocolate lover's heaven. Everything about our stay has been excellent. We came for our anniversary and it was perfect! From the welcome reception with drinks and a hand crafted (sublimely delicious) chocolate desert to the delectable breakfast (started with strawberries and chocolate, lemon and chocolate pound cake and followed with mediterrainiam egg souffle - YUM!) the next morning everything has been top notch. I highly recommended this B&B!

Stayed in the Hershey room. Comfy, clean and very interesting. Larry and Lisa were awesome hosts. The house has great and stylish common areas, as well as a great outdoor patio. Easy walking distance to downtown Whitehall. Breakfast was great both bits we stayed. Highly recommended!

This was the first time my husband and myself stayed at a Bed & Breakfast, we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The atmosphere was warm and friendly and our hosts, Lisa & Larry were most pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast each more was nothing but superb! The chocolate accents throughout were a special treat. thank you again for a wonderful experience.
