Every time I have an appointment I get there early or on time, yet I end up being asked to wait in the lobby for 30 + minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Which is typical for any dentist/doctor office so I am always understanding and I wait patiently. The problem with that though, is that the one time I get there at 12:46 when my appointment was scheduled for 12:40, they refused to see me because I was "6 minutes late". It was not easy to get a babysitter for my 4 children and it is a half hour drive for me. On top of that, I have 4 wisdom teeth that need to be removed. I was referred to the surgeon they use out in Kent county almost 1 year ago!! I still have not been scheduled to have them removed because the Kent county office is STILL not taking patients. I have called MCDC and the Kent county office multiple times explaining the severity of my pain yet nothing has been done. Needless to say I will never go back to MCDC and I will warn everybody I know against them. This is the first bad reviews I've ever written, that should tell everyone how poor of a business they are.

I have an extensive history of difficult dental work and in my opinion this clinic is the BEST! I've been using them on and off for 6 years and they never cease to amaze me. Today I was in for their new Digital CAM crown procedure, WOW! I wouldn't have otherwise been able to afford this procedure, let alone in such a clean and friendly environment!! These guys are on it!!

My anxiety at dentist typically goes through the roof. Went in for cleaning today. My hygienist Kerri was amazing. She had a gentle touch and it was the most comfortable I've ever felt at the dentist, relaxed even. The Hart clinic gets 5 stars,I look forward to my next cleaning.
