  A year ago Seth and the ParrotBay team put this beautiful pool in our backyard and turned it into our dream staycation spot. Not only did they do a wonderful job, but their professionalism and dedication made our dream come true.
  A year later we had an issue with our Pentair filter valve and when Pentair warranty service was slow to get us fixed and running, Seth and Jeff stepped in and replaced the faulty valve and got us back in the pool. I really cannot say enough about how fantastic this company and it's people are.

  If you’re looking for an exceptional pool company “Parrot Bay Pools” is the company. Christine was so helpful and knowledgeable about the process from the beginning to the end. She explained every step in detail and was always available and still is available to answer any of our questions. The construction team is incredible. Wowwww- those guys know how to install a pool. They kept us informed on every detail of what was going on and what was going to be happening. It was amazing to see the installation. Kyla is a pool school “Professor”. She knows more about a pool than I’ll ever know. She’s amazing. We had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process (even with the processing of the loan that took only 2 days to process) we can’t say enough about this company. We highly recommend “Parrot Bay Pools”. We’re enjoying our backyard oasis. We get so many compliments. Thank you guys so much! The pool is beautiful!!

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Parrot Bay Pool Company to have a pool installed in my backyard. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. The team at Parrot Bay was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. Their customer service was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
  
  Special shout-out to Christine, who patiently went over every bit of the project with me. She took the time to listen to my ideas and helped me make choices that fit my needs and budget. Her professionalism and expertise were invaluable throughout the process and were crucial to the success of the project.
  
  The crew that installed my pool was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. They took great care in ensuring that everything was done correctly and to my specifications. They paid attention to even the smallest details and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was perfect.
  
  Communication throughout the process was outstanding. The team at Parrot Bay kept me informed every step of the way, updating me on the progress of the installation and answering any questions I had along the way. I was never left in the dark, and I always felt like I was in the loop.
  
  Finally, the speed of installation was impressive. The entire process was completed in record time, and the quality of the workmanship was exceptional. I couldn't be happier with the end result — my pool is absolutely stunning, and I know that it will provide my family with years of enjoyment.
  
  Overall, I would absolutely recommend Parrot Bay Pool Company to anyone in need of pool installation or maintenance services. Their customer service, crew, communication, and speed of installation are all top-notch, and I can't imagine working with anyone else now that I've experienced their exceptional service firsthand.

  If you are on the fence about a fiber glass pool company, use this one.
  They are extremely knowledgeable and have the best products (with a warrantee) on the market. We signed our contract in May and our pool was installed by July. The pool is stunning and so easy to maintain!
  They continue to give us support whenever we have questions, and I cannot say enough good things about Parrot Bay pools.

  This is/was my first time ever purchasing a pool and after doing my research on several pool builders, I settled on Parrot Bay Pools. The material they build their pools, the backfield material they use was a selling point for me. However, Christen was the main reason why I purchased my pool. She was awesome and always kept the line of communication open with me. She helped me from start to finish with the process. After my pool was installed Super Man Jeff came and showed me a lot of how to maintain my pool and answer's all my questions regardless the day/time. Jeff has stopped by on occasions to ensure I was ok and my pool and equipment was operating as it supposed to. All I can say is Thanks Christen and Jeff for be great work with.
