On December 5th, 2017 I ordered flowers from Parker's for a very special person that I had met who lives in the area. Never having used Parker's before, I was extremely impressed with the caring, understanding and attention to detail of the service that was provided. Michelle assisted me that day and she asked all of the right questions and made sure that what I what I ordered was perfect and conveyed the correct message. I have never received such outstanding quality of service before and I only wish that more businesses we this adept in taking care of their customers. Michelle was outstanding as was the arrangement that she put together (see picture). I will definitely be using Parker's (and asking for Michelle) the next time I order flowers in the Port Charlotte area!!

Since moving to Florida from Tennessee I had to find a florist I could trust to give great service to my mother in Punta Gorda, Fl
She loves fresh flowers on any occasion
Parker's Flowers and Gifts are excellent!!
I love their friendly helpful service on the phone and they always accommodate my last minute orders
My mother says it's the most beautiful arrangements always

My son sent me an arrangement of flowers for my birthday on 7/8/17 and as of yesterday they are all dead !!! Since receiving them the arrangement should have been in a basket and with blue flowersthat did not happen. He had been arguing we this florist since this past Monday to correct the situation and has not gotten any resolution! I would not recommend business to anyone believe me. I tried to call them but keep getting voicemail and the announcement indicated that they were going to be closed on Memorial Day!! What a joke they are !!! Bad business

A fruit basket was delivered to my home on Saturday. The fruit for the most part was rotten. Called and told Sammy this. She did not know how this happened. Said another basket would be delivered but not until Monday. Finally about three o'clock time frame a smaller basket arrived. Only apples, pineapple and bananas in it, bananas were bad. Called Sammy and told her this. She said the fruit in the store was not good and put extra apples in the basket because she did not want me to complain again. I had to send back the first basket. Driver very snarky and said it is only a fruit basket he had a sick wife at home. Word of mouth is your best advertisement. Would not recommend this florist to anyone. If you cannot fill an order you need to tell sender this. There are a number of markets to buy superior fruit from. Bad do not use this business. Said if I told the sender the fruit was bad and they wanted to dispute the charge, she would fight it! Wow Thank you Weldon and James for correcting the fruit basket. Another one was delivered and it was great! The fruit was fresh and a nice variety. These two men are the best and went out of their way to make the correction. thank you

Very disappointed with this florist and strongly suggest people consider looking for an another florist in area. A friend sent me flowers from out of state. While the florist had my phone number, they did not call first to see if I would be home. Instead, they left the arrangement in 80 plus degree heat outside my door. A full day later, upon returning from a brief trip, I found them wilted. When I called to voice my concern, Sunny, the owner gave me every excuse in the book and refused to do anything about it. I strongly suggest you not use this florist.Their customer service is beyond terrible. I have a half dead not so pretty to begin with flower arrangement I am sure cost my friend plenty!!!!!!!

If it was possible to give a sixth star I would. I was in big trouble with my beautiful better half. The staff at Parkers helped me with EVERYTHING from what type of flowers to send for the "apology" to helping me figure out the best words to express myself. Amazing service got me an amazing result. I have been using this florist for several years. I'm truly surprised by the reviews I'm seeing. I have always received amazing service from the girls who work in the store and have never once had anything delivered that I wasn't happy with. Their flowers always last a long time and look beautiful.
