They always seem to be out of the stuff you're looking for, and they never give you a straight answer as to when it is coming in next. Their salesmen for sure make minimum wage with crappy commission because they stalk you from the moment you walk into the store until the moment you leave. Even when you tell them that you are just looking around, they stay uncomfortably close. If you manage to be by yourself for a minute, then the guy who sits in the far left office, probably the owner, says "customer service needed in department," and they are back on you, all over again! Customer service and local businesses are great, but they never seem to have the product you need. This along with suffocating salesmen makes me dread every time I have to go in there.
I have been shopping at Park's for many years, they have done an awesome job in helping me find many things I needed for trips and other adventures. The staff has always been very helpful and prices have been competitive, I usually end up walking out with something. Plus I like to shop local, keep up the good work Park's.
I've gotten a bunch of gear from parks over the years. They keep a good number of people on staff so you'll always be helped out. Sweet deals when they do certain sales too.
The best Sporting Goods Store in the State. They treat me like family, and I stop in as the seasons change to make sure I have the latest equipment. They pride themselves on being knowledgeable and friendly.
The store is great, they have a great staff that go the extra mile. The really carry what real people use. Not just the mart kind of sporting goods equipment. When I compared price they were the same or cheaper than anyone. Great Job! Thanks for doing a great job and not being just another national chain.
