We moved into our Park Connecticut apartment recently and are very pleased. The staff is fantastically attentive, and the building itself is well-appointed and maintained. Here you have the best of both worlds--in front you have an urban environment with cute eateries; in back you have the beauty of the Soapstone Wooded Trail next to the quiet and attractive Forest Hills neighborhood. 15 minute ride to Metro Center. Great access to Rock Creek Park for biking and running. Rent is competitive. Pet-friendly.

Kelly Gray at Park Connecticut is the most phenomenal, fabulous, and overall gifted concierge staff member. She never says no to any request for help and makes magic happen. Park Connecticut is awesome, Kelly is more awesome. We love it here, a true home for our family.

I am currently a resident at Park Connecticut. I have been living here since September 2016. One of the major reasons I was drawn to the property is because it is supposed to be a smoke free community. Since moving here, I have been experiencing a very strong smoke smell in my apartment. I have reached out to Sam, the property manager, and Kristen Van Haaren, the regional manager, and nothing done to fix the issue. At this point, neither of them are responding to my emails or are offering ways to fix the issue or compensate for it.
We were also told the day we toured, that the unit we were interested in would come with under sink storage in the bathroom. Upon completion of the lease, they told us that the floor plan (same unit we looked at on the tour) did not come with under sink storage. When we mentioned this to Sam, he seemed very surprised that there was not under sink storage to begin with. We requested that some be added, if possible, and Sam never followed back up.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of concern and professional skills the staff here has shown.

I want to thank the staff/team at Park Connecticut Apartments for making the move-in experience outstanding. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that our move-in experience was great! I especially want to commend Tammie for being so helpful. She above and beyond to ensure that our move -in was easy and without stress. I would highly recommend Park Connecticut and I wish they could "clone" Tammie- we need more people like her in this world!!

Not a resident, but I work next door. Sat on one of their many empty benches by Connecticut Avenue and was rudely evicted by a staff member.

Maybe residents would prefer that? Struck me as arbitrary and unfriendly for a member of the community.

I could not have loved this building more! The staff was like family, the neighborhood is adorable and so convenient and the rooftop views are INSANE.Super safe underground locked parking garage and they watched my pet whenever I went out of town. Not the most up to date bathrooms or gym and some of the public hallway carpeting gets a bit messy. But overall, the ONLY reason I moved was because of the commute to work. Love Park Connecticut!!! Especially the concierges Richard and Tammi.
