If your thinking or renting at Park Station please be warned. My boyfriend lives there and he has had issues of rodents ( small mice) in his apartment for almost a year, several times he has gone to management and they have not done anything to solve the problem. He has bought sticky paper several time and has captured mice and has taken pictures to show management. They still did not do anything promising they would but they didn't do anything. He even stayed in a hotel because the mice situation he had small holes in his kitchen corner walls from rodents and still Management doesn't send pest control!!!!

Not to mention he has ants, he had water damage from leaking pipes that leaked into an electrical outlet from the apartment above and they didn't even fix the damage or resolve issue for over a month. There management do not put their tenants first. Seriously RODENTS and still they don't send pest control. I would not recommend these apartments. Finally 3 months later and 4 mice caught today they had pest control come out.!!!!

ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!!! DONT' RENT HERE.

There is a Mouses in my apartment. i've had this problem for about a month and also two months ago and my landlord is doing nothing about it until today. my self and few of my friends bought traps of all kinds, ultrasonic pest control, put everything in the kitchen into rubbermaids, etc. i can hear it in the walls sometimes and so far it's eaten: pizza, a loaf of bread, bagels, bananas and dog treats. the landlord refuses to hire an actual exterminator and is running to the store right now to buy tons of poison.
I had people over the day before and all of them had saw the mouse/s running back and forth ,everybody left of course !
I gave my notice yesterday and honestly JUST STAY AWAY FROM THAT APARTMENT BUILDING!
Before that i had ants issue forever. I had to call and figure it out my self how to get rid of them. Its always something bad in Park Station Even Jay and Debby arrogant attitude !
Another think that has happened was that there was a leak from the apartment above or elsewhere but clearly you can see the water running from ceiling towards the outlet next to my head. Twice i had email them and finally after a month they patch it up ,There is still water leaking.
My heads all over the place right now because i'm so irritated by this.

AGAIN NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE AT ALL!

PRO'S & CON'S
* Close proximity to schools, shops, & transportation. Marc train is walking distance which is awesome.
* Spacious layouts
* Diverse neighborhood
* Shawn (new maintenance supervisor) does more talking than repairing the property. He babbles ignorant comments when he should just focus on getting his job done. Maintenance orders often fall behind.
* Disorganized leasing staff
* Out-dated appliances

I lived there about two years ago for a whole year and loved it, the apartment was great, clean and the staff was great. You get used to the trains passing by pretty quickly. Dog waste is a problem but that just on people who are lazy cause there are waste baskets everywhere. No much to do around the area but you are a short drive to nice places. I didn't have kids when I live there so I don't know anything about the schools. Overall, it's a nice place.

I currently live here and I was skeptical because of the reviews I don't like bugs or rats. But I've lived here for 2 months and haven't had the issues other have reported. I take my trash to the dumpster and have never seen a rat. My apartment doesn't have roaches. And everything was in working order when I moved in. Now there is a problem with ants. But that's to be expected during summer time. Overall I'm extremely happy and satisfied with this place.

We worked with Debby and Mariam with Park Station apartments in Gaithersburg. They were fantastic!

These people called me to say they had a two bed with a loft that I've been waiting for a month to get into. I tell them my budget and my move in time frame. They asked me to come in at 2:30 pm. We spoke at 12:30 pm. When I arrived, they told me that the apartment was taken and tried to get me to rent another apartment that was nearly $300 over my budget. Why would you not at least hold the damn apartment for 2 freaking hours when it was your company in the first place to contact me about the available apartments?! The incompetency and lack of communication with these people is staggering!
