  It’s no easy task to meet the needs of both owners and tenants, but Clayton, Dana and their team do a great job in this challenging line of work. They are courteous, competent professionals who work hard to quickly and cost-effectively address maintenance issues, while ensuring compliance with housing regulations. They have helped us to resolve numerous maintenance issues with an older home and when the owners decided to sell, assisted us with a smooth and timely transition to a new rental property. We highly recommend their services to any property owner or prospective tenant.

  Filled out an application online to rent a place and the next day the price jumped 145 more dollars and the lady claimed it was a mistake. What the heck, really a mistake after it being posted for days like that. Bad business if it was indeed a mistake that you as a company can not even get that right.

  Signature Group, has been a great property managment company providing excellent quality service not only to me but also our tenants as well. We have always been pleased with their ability to manage, quickly resolve issues, and provide insight on certain matters. Dana and Clayton, have always quickly responded to emails or answered our phone calls whenever we had questions. We couldn't be more happier doing business with them.

  I have been with Signature group for four years now and I am happy to say they are great! I do live out of state and have entrusted them 100%. Always kept up to date on my properties and any issues that may arise..always greeted so friendly by the front desk girl, love her positive attitude. And the leasing lady (Sarah) works so incredibly hard for me to ensure everything is taken care ofI feel very fortunate to have found Signature group and have a piece of mind my properties are in good hands

  The Signature Group are great to work with. If I questions on my property the answer them quickly .Also if repairs need to be done they are done in a timely manner and done right the first time. I believe Clayton keeps the cost of these repairs low also.

  Was interested in a property and call Signature Group with a listing I saw on Zillow. Asked if it was still available and it was. Made appt., confirmed it, showed up for my 1:30 and.no one was there to greet me from Signature Group..rrrrr!!!
  
  Called their office immediately and got a "sorry that property is no longer avail." REALLY!?! Horrible customer service!!
  
  If this is how you manage, there is now way I would want to rent from you.

  I have been with Signature Property Management for seven years and my family and I have loved the home we live in and we are very happy. They have always fixed things and helped when needed. They are always so nice and polite and customer service is great. Thank you. Sarah
