  Catalina Thank you: I usually don't do feedbacks, comments or reviews (only the secound one ever) beside that I'm not very good with words but had to leave one because with your help on the difficult and unusual issues on our parents estate thing went as well as could be expected.. although some of the Family members were not happy in the end, you went over and above what you were hired to do and so because of this you get my second and probably my last feedback, comments Thanks again for all your help in trying to get my Family to understand how hard a situation my Parents left me with A job well done Merry Christmas - God Bless

  After switching from our first relator to Catalina we immediately noticed she was going to be able to help us find our first home! After about a month we found the perfect home for our little family and we have her to thank. Definitely will recommend to any and all friends and family! Great at what she does and puts your needs first.

  Catalina knows her market well and will fight for her clients while keeping them in the loop, very professional!
  
  I highly recommend and appreciate her services.
  Catalina helped my brother and I sell a house earlier this year.
  She provided excellent and thorough Real Estate services, was very communicative and made sure we understood and were comfortable with every step in the process.
  Outside influences almost caused the sale to fall through but Catalina's knowledge and persistence helped us push through and close escrow.

  She's very helpful and always on the ball knows exactly what she needs to do ahead of time always knows what needs to be signed what not to be sign and what she he's very friendly couldn't ask for anything more Denver Health I bought a house off of her and also help me sell my house I will recommend her anytime if I bought another house I would choose her again

  Catalina is the best real estate agent out there! She is so kind, patient and efficient! I was a very picky customer and she showed me over 20 homes until I found the one I wanted! She can work everything online so signing documents and getting down to business was a breeze. If you are looking to sell or buy a home than look no further, Catalina is the best and I would recommend her to everyone! We are so happy in our new home and it's all thanks to her! :)

  We highly recommend Catalina Castaneda without a doubt. When everyone else in the industry was adamant I was not going to be able to sell my home because of a probate issue, Catalina's persistence proved otherwise. She fought with me til the end and had my house on the market, sold and closed escrow within 5 weeks. She was always available for even the smallest questions and her quick responses and attentiveness made this daunting process easy and flawless.
