Great burgers, really good Shepard's pie, good salads. Awesome beer selection. Could use another restroom or two.

Made it for Happy Hour and got the Maiden Wings with Tangy Garlic sauce for $7! They were fantastic; i'll be back for more (and so happy to know i'll only have to get to Aptos instead of the West Side). My son had the Ooey Gooey hamburger with garlic and brie and enjoyed it with the added benefit of being able to use both my blue cheese (which was authentic, thankfully) and extra garlic sauce to dip it in. The homemade BBQ chips he requested on the side were decent but not something we would go out of our way for. I had cider which was recommended to me by the waitress--but I wasn't happy about it and it was $11 at the happy hour price (such a bummer; it felt like a dieter's option). Can't remember the name of it offhand, but it was particularly sour, sort of reddish in color, not sweet at all, and just generally was not what I was looking for--but i'll let it slide because the waitress was kind and, well, live and learn, right? Overall, this is a favorite place for the cost, atmosphere, and solid food and drink options. In my opinion, pub food should always be this good!

The drinks are awesome, they have a decent selection of Bourbon and Scotch's especially good ones. The food here is overpriced by alot I would never have a meal here but the appetizers are good.

Good mix of ucsc and locals. Not aggressive. Havent had a beer i dont like yet. Pool comes second atmosphere first. If you are into that then its your spot. Amazing food and that is not a post note.

Deep fried everything. No kids menu or options. Hard to find onions in onion rings, extra fat. Go to West End gastropub instead.

Didn't go for a long time, because it looks strange from the outside. But I regret not coming sooner! I thought this was just a bar.
Their Hotwings are better than their neighbors at Wingstop. Beer selection is fair. Got the Irish Dip and highly recommend it!
Server and food runner were both very friendly and attentive.
Can't wait to come back during happy hour to get their $7 wings!response / report this review -

Consistently solid pup food, and always a great beer selection. However, I strongly recommend staying away from the specials, the only times I haven't enjoyed my food is when I've ordered off the regular menu. Also came for brunch one time and really didn't care for my food.

Friendly staff, excellent recommendations, great atmosphere and quick service. If you don't like that, you're an idiot.
Maya is the best. This is my first time at the place and she made it a great one. Highly recommend her and everything about Parish.
