  I had an appointment to get my nails done and I got called to confirm my appointment 10 minutes prior but no one mentioned about them not being available and I stated I will be there, upon arriving to my appointment I find out that the person who’s supposed to be doing my nails left home sick. I wish when I spoke to the front desk person that they would of mentioned that to me all I was asked was to confirm. They stated that they called me prior the only call and voicemail I received was the day prior confirming the appointment. I was told I can do my feet and then wait for my hands and I said that’s fine I don’t mind who does my feet but my hands I have certain techs that I have had do my nails that I prefer not to do them anymore. The others who I wouldn’t have mind or haven’t experienced were booked and had guest already. So I was told they can do my feet right away instead I sat there and waited 25 minutes and no one called me over. So frustrated I left and told the manager I’m leaving. What’s the point of telling me I’m going to get service right away for my feet and then having to wait when I had an appointment. I get life happens people get sick and that’s understandable but when I’m not informed and finding out upon arrival and you tell me you can get me in right away to do my toes and I see no effort made, I felt forgotten sitting there then I find that as terrible customer service!

  I live in an RV and travel around so I’ve been to many, many different nail salons. I’ve been to a lot around the Clermont area. However, Paris Nails is top notch. It’s almost like the show “Cheers” where everyone knows your name. A small time feel in a big city.
  Jenny does my nails and she’s an incredible artist. I can show her a picture and she says “No problem!” And she always has the newest techniques. I get a compliment on my nails at least once a day.

  The reviews are TRUE! Im here on vacstion so after searching and reading reviews I made an appointment with Jenni. She was very professional, prop and detail orientation. I received an acrylic fill-in with design. Jenni did my nails better than the picture. She is a very skilled nail technician. I wish I could find the same service in Virginia but until then I will come and see her every time I'm in town. Thank you Jenni!!!

  Had a great experience at Paris nails. Jenny did a great job on my nails. I showed her a picture and she was able to make it exactly as I wanted. Kate did my pedicure. She made it super relaxing and did a great job!

  I absolutely love this Salon! Thank you for always taking great care of me. Your services are exceptional. Jenny is my Nail Tech, but everyone is super talented and great customer service.
  Always a pleasure to see them every 2 weeks!
