Gave this spa a try on Monday Feb 20th. The senior that worked on me was pleasant and did a 5 out of 10 job. The woman that painted my nails (different) did a 3 out of 10 job. The man with the mustache that served no purpose other than to act like an overlord of the women in the shop had some weird territorial thing going on. He kept asking to b leave prior to my nails being dry. I don't want to use swear words here, but there's a common term used for guys like this and it rhymes with pole.. I won't be back.

I absolutely love coming here! They always know how to make me feel good about myself when they do my nails or when I get my brows waxed. Now if my nail wasn’t ripped I would have not missed 3 months away from coming here. Thank you my friends!

This is the WORST nail place I have ever been to. The prices listed are suspiciously cheap and for good reason. I explained what I wanted, showed the guy the color and then he proceeded to paint the wrong color on my nail before I pointed it out and he wiped it off and had me go look at colors again. I was not listened to and upsold on things I didn't really want. I showed the other woman working one of the reference hands and even though it was a model right in front of us, they did not match it. She then grabbed my hand without warning, slathered some lotion on it and very roughly massaged it so hard it hurt then spritzed some perfume on it? None of the work was quality or adhered very well. I've been getting my nails done every weeks for a year now and even when I'm at my roughest on my nails, I usually make it at least a week before even one starts to lift. After going here, I've had three break in less than four days. I'm never going back and will happily pay an additional $20 somewhere else for nails that don't immediately fall off.

I usually don’t leave reviews .. however Tried this salon for the first time & this fresh full acrylic 120$ set (not including tip) charged me for shape the design of the French tip size and gel material every nickel and dime; didn’t even last a week without cracking off completely in one piece. After coming in twice within the week they fixed the nails for free and the rest of them continued to break… the color is completely off and the white French tip color doesn’t cover the whole nail at all on any of my fingers… I hate leaving a bad review however when I called to let them know and ask for availability they hung up on me and told me rudely to just show them… Being in customer service and business industry it is shocking to me how they present their product and treat their clients. I’ve never had this issue with my nails before and it’s time consuming and embarrassing to go into fix missing nails. I still have my receipt and the paper they wrote explaining the charges lol! I get my nails done all the time moved to a new city and came here to not commute to my old salon but it’s worth driving to avoid this.

Went in to get a mani pedi with my mom and sister. The guy was extremely rough and obviously clipped the side of my toe. It seemed very rushed and they acted like getting more customers in and out fast was more important than actually taking their time to do a good job. I’m never coming back that’s for sure.
