5 star review for 5 Star Roofing. After hurricane Ian blew about 40% of my shingles off I decided to replace my asphalt shingle roof with a 5V crimp 24 gauge metal roof because metal roofs hold up better in high wind. The expected life of the roof is 40+ years. My account manager was Reggie. He was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual and did everything he said he would do. They ordered the panels which took about a month to manufacture and deliver. 5 Star did not cash my deposit check until they started removing my old roof. The work took 3 days to complete. I think the new roof looks great. I’m very happy with the results. Would recommend 5 Star to friends and family.

If you need roof replacement, installation or repairs, it is definitely the company to hire is called Five Star Roofing and Construction.
Its punctuality, fast service, quality, fair prices and seriousness in the agreements reached, I could dare to say that it is one of the qualities of this company.
Last and not least, the treatment given by your seller Jorge, is spectacular, not only does he guide you and explain in detail the roof installation procedure, but he goes further, being a link between the general company and the client, this is can translate into support during the roofing process and some of the administrative processes.

Signed up for siding, carport and roof installation. I signed on June 3, 2022 for them to do work. Siding completed end of September 1st of October. Contractor who did job was let shortly after doing my house. Carport pans were done by mid November and contractor did great job. Still waiting on roof and awning. Coming up on 8 months and I get the run around when I ask them when they expect to complete. I’ve been told they would have it done in a few weeks which originally was September. I was told within two weeks for a couple of months. I was told in mid December 5-6 weeks material should be dropped off for completion. I have paid them 50% of the supposedly amount for job. I’ve not seen one invoice concerning work completed to date. Project manager seems to be nice guy but is overwhelmed by workload. Go with local company in your area in future. Give them 0 stars if I could.
