after 3 years the radon system needed cleaning and the UV lamp system needed a new lamp. When you came to service my system, they told me the blower on the radon system is not working anymore and needs to be replaced and they wanted to replace my UV lamp unit because the sleeve in it was broken ! Now they tell me the can not get any replacement parts anymore for the UV lamp system they installed 3 years ago, and suggested I pay $1500 to have the UV unit replaced !
I find this absurd that they would install old system, and then charge a high price to replace it with a new one. For the Radon system, I looked and found the exact same blower, and ordered it on amazon for $90, and got that repaired very cheap instead of the $160 they were asking for that without the work.
The prices are not normal, and looking a bit on Amazon I can also find similar UV lamp units a lot cheaper.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. When we bought our home we knew nothing about owning a well or water filtration systems. Absolute takes advantage of unknowledgeable home owners, pretending to fix issues, recommending fixes that don’t solve your problem- charging you hundreds of dollars for no resolution. This company employs a bunch of hacks who are only out to con you. We began to question their validity and why we were paying them for nothing. Upon calling in another company we discovered significant problems to our system. When we expressed concern they only demanded payment and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE or concern for our issues. HOMEOWNER BEWARE.

September 2019 our Absolute Water Softner was beautifully installed, talk about “what a difference” with our skin and hair, appliances, etc.
I emailed Liz at the office with a question about the unit and she emailed me back within 10 minutes. Good gentleman George was at my house the next day, problem solved.
They were amazing. We are so pleased with Absolute Water. Thank you for being the best you can be. It’s appreciated.

George, Scott, and Erin were great to work with and very professional. If I had a question they would get back to me right away. They showed up on time and did a great job. They know their stuff and did a good job installating our radon mitigation and RO systems. And they offered the best prices by far! I would highly recommend them!

We had Absolute Water install a water treatment system for our new house.The price was good; I was impressed that George didn't try to "over-sell" us - he simply designed a system based on correcting the problems revealed in the water test.

Two years later, the system still works great. His office sends a reminder annually when it needs to be scheduled for service, so we don't have to think about it. They have been very responsive and helpful when I have had questions about the system.

After drinking bottled water for so long, It's so nice to be able to drink water anywhere in the house and know it's good. Thank you, George!
