We have been buying and coming to this store for over 6 years. Lynn and her family run one of the best bike stores ever!!! Relaxed, knowledgeable, friendly, great service and great products. You really shouldn’t go anywhere else for your bike needs. They are truly wonderful!

I went in last week and Lynn greeted me, she was extremely nice and helpful. I plan on buying a bike from them just waiting on a call about a used bike I inquired about to see if the other person who they are holding it for will test ride it and buy it or not. 10/10 recommend this place. Lynn was very knowledgeable and I will be not only giving them my business but I will ask recommend this place to anybody who needs a bike.

I walked in with my bike last Thursday. I had a flat back tire. Greg greeted me and put my bike up on the rack right away to inspect it. I needed 2 new tubes and tires changed out (which I also suspected since I was pumping them up all the time) and I also purchased the tune up. He told me it would be ready Sunday. I called on Saturday to see if it would be possible to pick it up by day's end and Lynn said she'd talk to Greg. She called me back and said it would be ready a little after 12 noon. I highly recommend Paradise Bicycles.

In response to Joe Brown’s review; sorry you couldn’t find us. We are open 7 days a week Joe. You might have arrived at our old location (which is now an empty space like you described). Our new location is 7949 Dani Drive unit 110. We are only about 30 seconds away from our old location. Amazing experience from start to finish. I am new to cycling and walking into the store was a bit intimidating. Greg introduced himself and helped me immensely. I now have a bike shop I will be returning to anytime I need something from advice to parts.

Very bad service. 7 weeks I stop by to buy a new bike and I asked the attendee for the bike6and he told me that they will have to order the bike but before I will have to pay for ($1,600) and I asked him that I would to see it before I buy the Bike, he told me that he will have to ask the owner, well, I have called twice and I still have not hear from the owner or the attended.
Very BAD customer service and bought a bike a year ago.

I flew in from Michigan yesterday and had my bike shipped via Fedex. I couldn't get my electronic Di2 working after assembly. I called Paradise out of the blue. Jefferson and Michael were great in helping me troubleshoot the problem throughout the day and, when I finally got to the Ft. Myers shop, they fixed the bike and made it ready to ride! Long story to attest to: professionalism, knowledge, patience and outstanding customer service at Paradise! Thanks gentsride hard and long!

Came here to look at bikes just after my wife and I decided to start biking as a serious form of exercise. We had no idea what type of bike to get, or style of riding we were interested in. Although we had a couple ideas, we didn't know for sure. The service here was very detail oriented and we tested several different styles of bike. I even tried a recumbent bike which was different.
Although we didn't purchase a bike during our visit, we were given all of the information on the bikes we rode so we could do our own additional research on options, prices, etc. This was really nice since most places are hesitant to give this info because they want you to buy from them.
We've actually referred several people to this company because of how we were treated.response / report this review -

If I could give no stars I would. There was a good amount of staff and only one other customer, yet I had to go to them for assistance. There was literally an employee just sitting behind the counter. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged for a good 5 minutes and only got attention when I went to the staff. Would not recommend this place at all. Ended up going to the Trek shop in the same plaza and the service there was amazing
