  My son and I are suffering various maladies and I went to Athletico expecting a brief interaction pertaining to the problem areas, followed by some suggested stretching exercises.
  
  Instead, my son and I received an extensive, thorough and meticulous examination, a clear diagnosis for both of us, and a myriad of suggestions and possible solutions. Our physical therapist-Britani-took her time in detailing our ailments and how we should proceed. She actually stayed with us beyond closing time.
  
  I am so used to indifferent customer service wherever I go, that in the rare instance when I receive exemplary care and service, I like to be sure to recognize it publicly. Britani was fantastic and I would return myself or with my sons if ever the need should arise in the future.
