Honda City is AWESOME!! They found the exact car I was wanting and gave me an incredible price. Ethan was so helpful, answering all my questions. He went above and beyond to help me. Mike also went out of his way to make sure I was happy. If anyone is thinking of purchasing a Honda, this is the dealership! You can't go wrong.

CAROLINA is the best!!
Best car buying experience I have ever had.
Reached agreement before coming to the store.
Once in the store Carolina was very knowledgeable on my car and how to best use all of the features.
She kept the paperwork moving quickly and got me on the road as quickly as possible.

Amazing, stress-free experience! Props to Mike (manager) and Edgar! Very kind, generous, and considerate. They worked really hard to help get a great car with a great deal. The entire staff is amazing and make you feel welcomed!

The worst experience I got. I quote the price for CR-V online. The Internet Sales Consultants Ethan contact me. He sent me a good price and call me said Honda City has a promotion. There are 3000 discount for CR-V. Because they didn't sell lots of car last month, so they want to have better performance this month. I asked him whether the price can meet my expected price. He said don't worry about that. I can get the CR-V in that
good price without any additional package I must buy. Then my friend and I I took half day off to stop in Honda City. One guy said he is Ethan's manager talked to me, he can't offer that price to me. I said Ethan said he can do it. Ethan's manager asked"Do you have evidence Ethan said that?" I said Ethan said it over phone. And he also sent me a email to confirmed the price. Then I showed the email to him. He said no, Ethan just confirmed the appointment. I said may I talk with Ethan? He said No, you can't. I asked what is the price he can offer to me. The price he given is $2500 higher than Ethan sent me me. Then we left.

I made an appointment here to get a recalled airbag part replaced. I brought the car in early this morning and James helped me. I asked him if he could looking into repairing another issue the car was having. He called me around lunchtime with the price to repair the problem and said they had the parts on hand. Both issues were fixed today and my car was done by 3:30. That is good, efficient service!! I may have paid more to have the second issue repaired here but having it done right and without any hassle is worth it. I’ll bring my car back here.

Have gone in for several jobs on my 2012 Honda Insight (hybrid). Every job so far has come out decent. They offered a courtesy vehicle for me when my car was in repairs for a couple of days. Honda has been good about sending me notices if there are any parts on the car that are recalled. The service center staff is helpful and patient and will break down service done on your vehicle so that you have a clear picture of what was wrong, service/repairs done, and parts installed.

Had the greatest experience buying my first car here. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. I have the hardest time making big decisions but Mr. Aguinaga was extremely patient and showed genuine interest in my needs and wants in a vehicle. I was able to walk away with a brand new car at a very reasonable price. Overall, I can't express how comfortable and happy I am. Thank you!

Carolina is the best! Very humorous, had answers to every question, very easy to work with, and best of all gave me the best price around. Can't argue with the best pricing and best service. So happy with her I sent multiple friends and family members to see her.

Went in for a free car wash, was told they only do them for people that bought the vehicle from this particular dealer and only when service is being done to the vehicle. I've been to several other dealers in the area and never had a problem getting a car wash. They said $17.95 for a car wash. What a joke. When I bought my Honda, was told lifetime free car washes from any dealer. Guess this one doesn't honor that. Never again will I go here and this was my first time here. Bad service dept.

I lover the customer service of the sales representative. I went in with a budget and a specific car i wanted and he did everything he could to get me the car i wanted for my budget and i greatly appreciate it. I really recommend this dealership you wont be disappointed!

I purchased my 2017 Honda Fit yesterday from Jesse Aguinaga and am extremely satisfied. Jesse is friendly and informed and was very patient in working with me to get a car and deal I'm really happy with. I highly recommend him. Dennis in Finance was also just great--he was thorough in answering my questions, incredibly warm and had some great suggestions for me. The dealership itself is really pleasant and I look forward to coming back to service my vehicle.

My experience with Honda City on Pulaski was smooth from the moment I talked to Stephanie on the phone to see if she had the car that I had my eye on. She quoted me the best price out of the ones in the Chicago land area. When in walked in I seen Stephanie and she introduced me to one of their sales representatives Kendall. Who was Polite and very helpful and kept it Real, which is greatly appreciated.
