Horrible customer service. If your sales guys hate their job so much, tell them to quit. Or maybe have some customer service meetings once a month? Guys in the back that pull the steel are cool and were helpful. Tho, Last time I had the steel delivered it was just tossed off the side of the truck and a few steel peices were bent so I reccomend picking up if you go there. Fair prices but jeez your sales guys must live miserable lifes or something.

Terrible customer service. If you forget to make a payment one month they more then double the amount owed. They will put a lock on your storage unit. They will not let you use a credit card to make a payment and if you use a check they will not remove the lock for 2 weeks. During the winter months they just plow one little pathway so make sure you bring a shovel with you to get into your locker. The locks that are on the units freeze !
