Worst vet I’ve ever been to. Went in with two dogs for annual exam and he only examined one. Chocolate labs are prone to hip dysphasia and he refused to examine mine. Very strange. Cut the quick on my terrier and I had to point it out to him. They charged us for a fecal exam and I don’t believe they actually got one as we did not bring in a sample. He claimed to have given them the exam when he took the dogs into the back room. Overall, very strange experience. Save your animals, don’t go to paradise.

They offer Amazing service. They were Kind and gentle to our dog. They Offered Great explanations and they took time to explain and answer questions. No wait got right in on our appointment time. Also, it is In a very convenient location. Average prices. We will be going back. .

A small mom and pop clinic. They are extremely friendly and listened well to my concerns.

Took my 2 adopted kittens here when they showed signs of having tapeworms. The doctor gave both the cats some medicine and proceeded to tell me the cats would expel the remaining stuff over the next few days. So gross. I informed him we have 3 small kids and was not comfortable with that, so he suggested we keep the cats in the clinic over the weekend so my family didn't have to deal with that. That was such a relief! We were so pleased with the environment of the clinic and the staff that we have made them our primary vet. The price was close to $150 for x2 worm med, and x2 overnight for each kitten. Very reasonable!!

My cat had been lethargic for awhile and hadn't eaten much the last two days, so on the third day, when he refused tuna, I called around. This place was able to get me in on the same day. My cat's temperature was the human equivalent of a 103° fever so the vet gave my cat two shots and told me he should be feeling better in about two days. To my shock, about half an hour after we got home, he was up and about, acting like his normal self by that evening. I don't know if the price was high or low compared to other vets but my cat is feeling so much better that I feel it was worthwhile. I would recommend this place to anyone! (The office was small but there was only one guy checking out with his dog, so it wasn't crowded at all.)

Dr. Knittel is amazing and so is the rest of the staff at Paradise Animal Hospital. They are kind and helpful. Dr. Knittel was able to treat our sweet Halle after another vet told us she had two weeks to live and to put her down. He is treating her symptoms and she is happy with her family. His calm demeanor and way of explaining things are another thing I love. Thank you Dr. Knittel for all you do! -The McKee Family🐾

After struggling to find a permanent vet for our puppy, I did some research and Paradise Animal Hospital had the highest rating accompanied by all positive customer/patient reviews of all the vets in the area! 5 stars truly isn't enough! Outstanding customer service at the front desk, willing to take the time to provide in depth explanations for each procedure, the cost, and benefits of the "add on" services. Calm atmosphere, which is really important for our anxiety prone puppy. The vet himself had such a calm laid back demeanor, answered all of our questions, explained each step of the visit, and most importantly was so gentle and patient with our dog. Not to mention our 2 year old had to tag along for this visit and he even was kind enough to engage her in the exam. Wonderful office!
