Omar was very friendly and professional! He helped me find the type of car I was looking for as soon as I told him what I was interested in. He had a car in perfect shape ready for me! Nothing was wrong with it except for a minor issue which he fixed! He was helpful and patient while we went through the process. Definitely giving five stars, but would totally give more if there was an option. 10/10 would recommend before going into a bigger dealership because Omar's Auto Sales has the best service I've ever seen!

Good service and easy transaction. If you are driving a long way be sure to have a loan lined up before hand. Had to make a 2.5 hour drive there twice because of the loan interest being more than he expected and it was in the evening so he couldn't talk to the bank. He did fill up the car with gas that we purchased. He also has a 30 day warranty on motor and tranny.

Great Experience in Car Buying. We drove the cars we were interested in and was able to look them over thoroughly. Dave and Omar took care getting the car ready for my son. It was a cash purchase so the sale went very smoothly. They took care of some items we had agreed on during the sale. My son took it back in for them to do the service.

I just bought a vehicle from Omar's, and can not express how professional and helpful the staff was there. Initially he did not have the vehicle i was looking for on the lot. He proceeded to search for exactly what i wanted and found it within minutes. On top of that, he got it for cheaper than i was expecting! I highly recommend giving Omar a visit to find a great quality used vehicle!

I bought a BMW X5 here with cash in full. Omar said the oil was changed and that he would fix a piece that needed to be upholstered prior to selling it. I didn't put more than 3k on the car and the oil light came on. Since the oil light came on so quick, I called Omar to see if I should simply take it to the dealership or to see if there was something wrong with computer since the light came on so soon. He urged me to bring it to him so his technician Jaimie could look at it and so they would upholster the piece. Jaimie changed the oil and since he didn't do the job properly the oil splattered everywhere. I took it back so they could fix it. Upon picking up the BMW the car would not start. Omar ran inside to get his battery charger so he could charge up my battery. I thought that was strange but he said it only happened b/c they must have left a light on. He also told me he was unable to do the upholstering as promised and did not offer anything in return. Long story short I ended up taking my car to Taylor BMW so that they could replace the battery. Rocky at Taylor BMW let me know the oil splatter caused $2975k worth of damage to the car and ending up having to replace the battery along with redoing the oil change since it was done improperly. After speaking to two BMW dealerships they both confirmed Omar's caused the damage and my battery should have not died so quickly. I'll be opening up a BBB claim since Omar has not done the right thing. I have given him more than enough time but have had zero offers from him. I've also included pictures of the paperwork from BMW so others know this is a legit review and I urge you to take your business elsewhere.

This team performed amazing customer service. They had me in and out within 20 minutes. I discussed a minor issue with the car I purchased the following day and Omar is willing to help.
