"Excellent Service"
I have always received excellent service on both of my vehicles (Toyota Camery & GMC Yukon). They are very friendly and professional. I have always got my vehicle back the same day of repair or service if I drop it off that morning. They guarantee their work and are good about getting you back on he road safely and as soon as possible. Will continue to go to Gate 2 Auto.response / report this review -

I've been going to them since 1990 and they are reliable and have the best customer service of any shop I've been to. I would highly recommend gate 2 to anyone that needs automobile service. Joe is the best honest. Mechanic I've met.

Tony's car wash next door is phenomenal and has excellent prices. This store is always clean and comfortable with a friendly staff.

Have used this shop for a few years now. They put a set of tires on my car, oil changed and completed much quicker than I expected. Excellent service, great people to deal with.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We went about two weeks ago and got 2 new tires. They were nice and gave us a decent price. No problems that time. My husband also priced two calipers for the back. They told us that the calipers alone costed 500 dollars. I looked them up and advanced auto and they only cost 78 dollars a piece we did not get those done there . And today we needed another tire. So they ordered us a tire and said 105 for mount balance and install. No problem with that. But as I was talking to my husband on the phone I asked him to ask the lady at the front desk if the tires had a warranty. She basically barked at him and didn't even answer the question so after about 5 minutes of him asking her the question she finally told him very rudely that she thought it has a 40,000 mile warranty. Well I didn't like her attitude so I called the owner. His name is Joe. He was defending her rudeness and told me that it was a cheap tire and it had no warranty. I politely told him that I did not appreciate his staff being so rude and he had nothing to say. So I told my husband to leave and we will find a tire somewhere else. I do not know if this was an isolated incident or not but needless to say we will not be going back to gate 2 tire in Grovetown.

Really love these guys. They do honest work and are a bunch of straight shooters. The customer service ladies are really nice too.
