The service at John Lee Mazda was amazing from start to finish. I love the 2017 Mazda CX-5 that I purchased. Orlando Morales and James Lett were very helpful and professional. This was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had.

Needed a part which my dealership said was on back order and they didn't know how long it would be until they could get one. I called and spoke with Panama City Mazda. They parts person immediately looked up the part and confirmed it was on backorder but advised that he found one in VA he thought he could get. I put in the order and they were able to get the part and ship it off to me quickly. I was kept informed at all steps of the way of the status. On top of that, the part was $500 cheaper than what my dealership wanted to charge me! Very impressed and would use them again without question!

Michael Fowler was fast and efficient. I found what I wanted online ahead of time. Told him I had 2 hrs to make a deal. And the hole team at Panama City Mazda made it happen.

Way out of town and had to have an issue with my Mazda's brakes taken care of. Was not happy with the quote, considering that I had received another one a week earlier that was considerably lower. But, did not have a choice. The repairman also recommended that I have the cabin air filter replaced, which I did believe needed to be done. So, told them to do so. AC has been making a roaring sound since. So, when having my regular oil change, had the tech check into it. Cabin air filter was totally filthy and had obviously not been replaced. I will NEVER visit this dealer again for any purpose.

I can honestly say this was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. From my initial inquiry to the final handshake, everything went well. Orlando Morales is a wonderful, easy going, salesman. John Lee Mazda needs to keep him! Thank you to the entire team that I had the pleasure of working with, Orlando, James and Robert. I am looking forward to being in the Mazda family.

I love Mazda and was pretty determined to stay in the Mazda family. Orlando Morales made it so easy. If I had any doubts He pretty much erased them and got me quickly in my new Mazda. Very painless experience. I look forward every day to driving my new CX-5. Zoom Zoom!

Had a great experience at John Lee Mazda. Orlando Morales was my salesman and I highly recommend asking for him. Bought my CX-9 Signature through him and can honestly say it was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
