Beautiful, nicely decorated, clean rooms; excellent views; fully stocked & furnished with all you need to enjoy a stress-free vacation. Free WiFi & a secure parking deck. They certainly make it easy to relax. Family friendly with less of the "party vacationers". Quiet & Cozy! Hot tub on the balcony & pool available too! They also welcome pets! What could be better?! Well, aside from owning your own Beach house, of course!!

This Resort is like a small town by itself 5 Buildings spread out over a large section of the Gulf-Front Shoreline Dunes of Panama has much to offer The buildings are a little older, but extremely well taken care of The Staff are like family and very helpful Plenty of Pools and Tennis Courts and other activities Conveniently located on the 'Quiet End' of the Beach.

Ok folks, I'm 29 and I have been coming to Panama City ever since I was 7. During this time I have stayed at MANY condos and beach houses throughout time
Which in this time the dunes has been here and i had never made it to here ok so
This is my first time staying here, and among all the places I have been, this is hands down the best place ever! It is absolutely beautiful! my room (b304) is completely refurbished and refurnished with fresh and new EVERYTHING. The grounds are warm and inviting, with amazing landscaping to add to it. The management staff is absolutely the epitome of what a management company/ customer service company should be. They handled all of our questions with precise and professional answers. No run around at all. The dunes encompasses the true feeling of what I know Panama City as which is a city that never sleeps. If you ever need a place to stay. Great location. Quiet end on the beach which is less crowded. The complex offers several many amenities: pools, Tennis​ courts, small food grill with hot food items and beach supplies. The beach area is beautiful with clear blue waters. The complex is secured.

We have been staying here for years. I love the fact that it is a place you can bring your family. It is not a party atmosphere, nor is it overrun with unaccompanied teenagers. The rooms are clean, and large enough to allow privacy for each family member.
