Was very disappointed. Wanted $15 extra for bikes and trailer, even if the bike were on trailer. Towels left on sink, saw roaches and they have bed bugs.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. We have stayed here once and plan on going back the September. Our room was great, the AC worked great and had a great view. The room was clean nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend to stay here if you can find the right condo owner to plan your stay with.

The place is run down. Room was dirty. Dirty towel behind couch. Old food on floor. Ac not working. We booked a queeen bed with sofa bed. Got 2 double beds instead. No sofa sleeper. Stove was broke. Fridge did not get cold. NOTRECOMMENDED

We had friends staying here and were going to have dinner with them. We weren't allowed on the property. Apparently, renters are not allowed to have visitors. What a CRAZY rule. I can understand trying to keep the partiers out but I'm a 47 year old woman.

All I can say is ROBBERY. I was looking for a nice place near the beach for my family to enjoy our vacation. We ran across this place and thought it looked nice enough and was in a great location. We booked for a week, a month out, only to find out less than 24 hours later we had to cancel. LESS THAN 24 HOURS. This was well within the Expedia's time frame. However, we cancelled 1 hour past the resorts time frame. They took the whole amount of the stay. One hour past. This is ridiculous. I could understand a penalty, but a whole week's rental fee. No vacation for us. You're welcome for helping to line your pockets with others hard earned savings. The one star is too good for this place, i was forced to put something.

I booked and paid for the condo a month ago. We booked 5/30 - 6/4. I informed the owner today that I would have a visitor (my 45 year old sister) on that Saturday to babysit my children, while my husband and I went fishing. I was told that they (both the owner and property manager) do not allow guests and anyone not listed on the rental agreement at the property, will be escorted out. I posted on a local Facebook page and asked other owners if anyone had ever heard of that as nothing was written in the 8 page contract. Everyone agreed that it was absurd. The owner saw the post and although I did not list her name or condo, she cancelled my reservation and returned my money. She went on to accuse me of trying to sneak people in and said they might tear up her stuff. I have been renting condos for 20 years and have never heard of anything like this happening. So, if you plan to stay here, be sure to ask if you plan on having anyone visit you. I would suggest finding a different location period.

This is the bigest cluster F that ever was put in Panama City Beach. The maintenance guys phone # is on the front door of the office and he isnt there all the time at all. And the phone # on Google has been disconnected. Really?????

The room we stayed in was very clean , great view but the problem was we didn't know you couldn't bring a dog. When we got there , Someone was very rude to us and said we can't have pets. But what is bad owners there can . And I saw owners dog use the bathroom on there newly sodded grass.i saw owners of the property throw cigarettes on the yards. They should have the same rules for everyone. They should make a dog run place there. The owners are trying to make it a nice place to come but rules should apply to everyone. Thank God we found a nice boarding pet place that was clean, and cheap.

When we checked in we explained that we had to motorcycles and was told we could park both in one spot for no extra parking fee. Once we got on site the gate guard would not let both bikes park in one spot said it was against the rules and made us give her 15.00 for parking. As the weekend went on I have multiple pictures were more than one bike was parked in a space and the other bike had no parking band. We were told they would be towed at 9 am. Another lie. I would like to know why some rules apply to some but not to others. Very disappointed in the lies we were told

There are 2 kinds of vacationers. One that wants to have the resort that has all the amenities so they can enjoy full service, lounge/restaurant, spa during their stay. Then there are other's (like myself) that just want a clean safe place to sleep then have all of that saved money to spend on going out to all of the attractions and spend all day at the beach. These condos are individualy owned. So some are in better condition than others. That is not fault of the staff. So get to know the person you're renting from and ask for pics. We have stayed in two different condos and we were happy with both.
