It used to be a very reputable spa, but it has turned for the worst. They have a very high turnover rate which is difficult for clients who seek to find a long lasting masseuse, hair stylist, nail artist, etc.

I have used the services many times. The environment is very “zen” and relaxing from the minute you walk in the door. The staff are welcoming and professional. The services are prompt. Additionally I have enjoyed most of the services the spa offers and I would have to say they are executed with the utmost professionalism and skill. I had NEVER been dissatisfied. Therefore I have given Bellezza my highest recommendation.

You can select deep-tissue or Swedish rub-down type massage of varying pressure, and they keep your information on computer including the masseuse you prefer. Place is impeccably clean, well-trained professional staff, with quiet private rooms all to make you feel special and pampered in an upscale spa. I treat myself to the spa whenever I go down to our Cape home.

The most relaxing experience you'll ever have. Their professional staff all work together to make sure you feel pampered and comfortable. I have had many different types of massages using different members of their staff, and they were all very good. I highly recommend them.

NEVER patronizing this establishment again! On our very infrequent vacations, we planned ahead and booked 80 minute massages (me and my husband). When we arrived, 25 mins early, we were informed that our massage was at 1pm, not 2 pm as we booked. No offer for compensation, other services, etc. Mostly a "better luck next time" attitude. Well, there WON'T be a next time!!!

I will never go to this spa again. The person I had an appointment with kept me waiting for 50 minutes. So I just told the person at the desk I wouldn't wait anymore. She didn't say" let me get the manager" or apologized. Then they keep sending me emails asking for reviews- I previously had responded that you wouldn't want a review from me, but clearly the left had doesn't know what the right hand is doing. If they had good customer service a manager would have called me and offered me some free services and apologized. I only gave them one star because it wouldn't post with zero stars.

The staff was nice and the place clean. The set up is a bit confusing but there is staff to direct you. I received a massage and I would say it was average. I have had many before and I will preface that I have ongoing strained muscle issues so I appreciate a masseuse who is strong and intuitive of sensing the areas and spots to work on. It is good in a pinch.

My husband scheduled a last minute massage for me at Bellezza. I really enjoyed the atmosphere when I walked in. That is very important to me, as I have received massages at other salons that didn't always have a calm and relaxing vibe. The salon is very clean, and the staff very friendly. I enjoyed my massage, she really focused on my problem areas. I would recommend this Salon and Medspa.
