The whole experience was great and the nice lady who did my nails she was very gentle. The atmosphere was really good and the nails looked really good after she was done. It was also really affordable. I am totally gonna come back.

Nice place. The gentleman did a pretty nice set. I used to do the whole nail thing but work doesn't permit anymore. Anyway going out of town and needed it done quick. I went on a Monday morning took me right in and started working on it and got it done quick (mind you I had no extras not even cuticle oil) but the price was right and so was the actual set. HOWEVER, I joked with him and mentioned a pedicure and I mean this guy didn't say a word. Now I get it. I don't like a whole bunch of talk but his energy was that of I was a peasant to him. To the point I was not enjoying my experience at all. If your client speaks to you, you should respond. The ladies there were polite. Maybe he just acted that way because I wasn't going to be a regular but overall got what I asked for.

My husband and I drove 4 hours here to visit some family and I decided to stop in and get my nails and feet done and I am so happy. Bill did my nails and Lana did my feet and they were both very friendly, and professional. They did a very nice job. So happy I came here for this first time. The place is very clean and relaxing. A very popular place and they have enough people and seats to accommodate everyone. I had a very nice experience.

I have been to a lot of diff nail salons over the years, and this place is by far the best! Bill always does my nails and does an excellent job! He takes his time and makes sure that I'm completely happy before I leave. I will never go anywhere else! Bill is the best!! Thanks Bill for the beautiful nails!!

I absolutely love this salon! The staff is amazing and so very nice! I made an appointment and ended up running a little late but they didn't mind at all I called ahead and let them know that I was going to be late. Bill did my nails, he did an excellent job. He took his time on each and every nail, making sure that I liked them before moving to the next nail. I wanted them short with only the tips painted my most favorite color! He made sure I liked them and my eyebrows before I had to pay. To me they look fabulous, he even stayed late to do my eyebrows and they also look fabulous! Thank you so much Bill for the wonderful job on my nails and eyebrows! Well worth the money, I will most definitely keep going back to Pro Nails for all my nail and waxing needs!

Not very impressed with this place. My experience wasn't bad, just not too great. We were taken back shortly after arriving for our pedicures, I had shown the lady a picture of what I was wanting and she said it was possible with extra charge which of course I expected. But the whole time I felt like my pedicure was being rushed, the massage part was just her moving her hands up and down and did not feeling nice or relaxing. I did enjoy the hot stone and the sugar scrub. Then when it came time to paint she completely disregarded that I had asked for a French tip with a flower design and just painted my toes one whole color. I didn't bother to say anything because I already felt like she had rushed the whole service I wasn't too concerned about taking up anymore of her time. It was a really nice atmosphere but I was just disappointed that my service was rushed. Will most likely try a different place next time

I love this place! Everyone here is extremely nice and friendly and do such a great job. My mani/pedi still look amazing like they did when I walked out of this salon a week ago. The pricing is fair for the area.

I've been to almost all the nail salons in Goldsboro, and Progress Nails is the best. Quick & friendly service. VERY CLEAN & HYGIENIC and reasonable prices.

I love the people here a lot!! Staff here are so sweet and very talented as well! I like the nails color a lot and the design was so artsy and pretty! Highly recommend!
