I had such a wonderful experience here!
It was a big change for me, getting about 1.5ft of hair cut off, and Ashley and her staff were so accommodating, helpful and friendly. It was honestly like visiting with a good friend even though it was our first time meeting. She was very knowledagable and her "OCD-ness" helped put me at ease during my "big change". My hair came out beautiful and I will be reaccuring customer here 100%!

I love it when Ashely cuts my hair because I know that it's going to work.!!! That just doesn't happen with most hairdressers. I actually feel excited when she's cutting my hair because I'm seeing somebody that understands hair . It's just true 🌷🌷And her extra training is truly fantastic ,her techniques are very Innovative and unique . I live about two hours away and have tried to find a hairdresser that can successfully do the things that Ashely does and I have yet to find one after seven years !! Its always worth it to make the drive .I know that I can even wait several days before washing and wake up to "good hair" that's sure sign of a great cut . Keep up the good work Ashley

Went in for a basic men's cut over last weekend and always leave loving the result. They do walk ins but I called in advance to schedule with Ashley who's been cutting my hair for years now, but I have also gotten cut by some of the other ladies, with the same great results. All of the employees are extremely professional who make sure you leave with the cut you wanted. As for mine, it was quick, clean and exactly what I wanted. Will be back again in 6 weeks.

As client of Ashley's for almost 8 years now, I can truly and wholeheartedly say I've NEVER walked out of her salon unsatisfied or not completely in love with my hair. Her staff are all well educated, trained and experienced stylist, who I would trust all my hair care needs with. Every service I've received is consistently matched with a great experience and wonderful results. In 8 years I've never had a bad experience or service with Ashley or her salon, and I couldn't imagine or trust anyone else with my hair and nor do I plan to.

I found Ashley just before moving to Portland, ME. After trying a few local places they just didn't make the cut. I now travel 4 hours round trip just to see Ashely. I know that I will always leave 100% satisfied with my new style.
I am a client that never knows what I want. I am more than comfortable letting Ashley get creative with cut and color, she is a true artist. I refuse to let anyone else cut/color my hair or shape my eyebrows. I could not be happier. This group is a notch above the rest and worth every penny! Thank you Ashley!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!
Booked an appointment for my Girlfriend, I was very clear that she wanted a cut and color (and wanted the color all over not just highlights) tried to make the appointment for a Saturday, no luck, OK so was told Tuesday at Noon. No problem she gets there and tells them what she wants and is told they don’t have time for that!!!! That they can cut today, and she can come back for the color (which will be more of course) and they try to tell her that it’s because they were NOT told she wanted full color!!! They were told exactly what was what, they were just trying to make more by breaking it into two appointments!!!
DON’T GO HERE! Oh and they also said it would be $200+ for the color (As another reviewer stated “Demi”) and she could just become a regular and come back every 3 weeks for a recolor!!!

UPDATE 4/11/10: Salon called and tried to convince my Girlfriend to get me to remove the review and said "She is not in this to make money" and was not trying to do anything like that. When she was there they did not care and when she tried to explain what she wanted they did not care only when I took the time to post my review here do they care and only about getting me to take it down. Total Fail F-
