I had a great experience in the service department with Daniel Davila. He was very understanding of my financial situation and helped explain the repairs needed for my vehicle. Super easy and professional to work with and followed up with me to make sure the repairs and car were running well. I often struggle to find a trustworthy place and person when it comes to car repairs but I had a great experience, would definitely return !

We had a very pleasant experience at Palm Beach Toyota. Mr. Michael Grinley was very professional and accommodating, going well beyond the call of duty to make our car purchase experience a great one. I would highly recommend Toyota of Palm Beach.

I found of the sales staff and the service staff extremely helpful.
I purchased my Camry at Palm Beach Toyota and they were very easy to work with.
Today, almost 2 years after I purchased my car I was having a problem with surface contaminants that were marring the paint job.
I expressed my concern to them, and they brought my car into their detail shop.
At no charge they took my car in and removed the bulk of the problem as well as cleaning the outside of the car completely and the inside.
Since the project was going to take a few hours, I had not Had an appointment, their shuttle took me home. The driver was very pleasant, and a cautious driver, which for me was important.
They pick me up later in the day brought me back and the sales manager

Everyone, very pleasant. From the driver, to a service manager in training who accompanied the service manager and of course Andy sales manager who coordinated the process
This was the second car purchased at Palm beach Toyota, and my experiences with them have been excellent.
Toyotas don’t need a lot of repairs, so my experience has been with sales and service for minor things
On this Occasion The matter was more serious. I try to keep my car looking sharp as possible in the spots were vexing.
There are media tension to meet my needs without even having appointment was great.
The service manager is a pleasure to work with
And Andy the sales manager is also very pleasant.
I would not hesitate to recommend Palm Beach Toyota for A new car purchase, and plan to visit them next time they need arises.
If you’re looking to purchase, ask Randy and tell him Dave sent you :-) and that you like the kind of deal that Dave got :-) :-) I imagine he will take good care of you. I can’t guarantee it but if the past is any example of what the future will be I assume you will have a pleasant experience.
Finally, in the past I’ve almost always bought my cars from Highway dealers because in my experience one receives better pricing.

This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had in the purchase of a new vehicle. Jean Albert was incredibly informative as well as extraordinarily patient!! Thank you Jean!!

I came in looking for a used vehicle, willing to leave empty handed knowing how the typical car salesman are always running scams. I saw Laurent, not even running out to bombard me with questions, he came over and I told him what price I wanted to stay under and what type of car I wanted. He immediately pointed me in the right direction and told me to have a look around and let him know what if there are questions. He walked me to one car, then gave me the space I needed to examine the entire lot. (Talk about no hassle. Freedom) His customer service was absolutely amazing. He is what you call a "gentle giant". The first car he took me to, I fell in love with. (Red Chevrolet Sonic)
Unlike other places, I didn't feel like he was trying to put me kn a car that he wanted me to have. After looking at a few more selections I asked for his assistance and he went around the lot with me. Asking me questions that were to the point, I was treated like I had a part in the ownership of the building and not like a number or quota trying to be met.
I bought the car of my dreams! Even though, I left and went to 3 other dealerships, I couldn't get the customer service out of my head from Palm Beach Toyota that I received from Laurent! After a long weekend of car shopping/ abuse, I went back to PB Toyota. I felt, like there were no hidden games and it was hassle free!
I bought a 2016 Red Chevy Sonic for under 10K with less than 15k miles on it! What a blessing!! This is my first car! Thank you Laurent! I Encourage anyone that is looking for a starter car or new car at a great price without hassle to please go to Palm Beach Toyota and talk to Laurent! Great experience at Palm Beach Toyota. Our salesman Selim was awesome. He really went out of his way to make sure we were happy, even after the sale. He personally ensured we received our running boards and texted me with updates on their arrival. The service department is also very good. All around a great dealer. Definitely recommend.

Just Purchased a vehicle for my parents.

Super impressed with this dealership. From the moment we arrived, we were treated respectfully and was given great customer service - no pressure. Francisco was our sales person – he was very nice and knowledgeable about the product. We got a very fair price for the new car as well as our trade-in and, was out of there in 2.5 hours. Will definitely come back when in the market for a new car. Highly recommend this dealership.

I got my first car here, and it was such a pleasant experience. from the most welcoming hello, to the patience from my salesman Francisco it was a hard but wise decision to come to this location. I felt like everyone here went above and beyond to give me ultimate customer service and made it seamless for me to finance my first car. Then, the maintenance and the oil changes for my car have been so easy to do with the help of my guy Daniel Davila. i will not go anywhere else to trust with my car or even the repairs. they take care of everything in a professional, upbeat, caring and efficient manner. both my parents and i bring our cars for our services and have been very content with the outcome. 10/10 recommend.

I just had the absolute best car buying experience of my life. My sales person, Ed Osborne, was an integral part of my decision to write this review. The gentleman was phenomenal, he made sure that I was taken care, but wasn't pushy or intense. Normally, I would just go about my life and not worry about a review, but I have to admit that the experience was so out of the ordinary, that I felt compelled to come back and put a good word in for the man. Thanks Ed, you were awesome!

As a first time car buyer I was extremely nervous to purchase my first new car. The staff at Palm Beach Toyota put my worries to ease. Everyone was extremely helpful, especially Stephen and Roger in the finance department. They made sure I got the best deal possible on the car I wanted. Jean made sure he answered all my questions, my paperwork was filled out properly and I left 100% happy with my purchase. I will highly recommend this location to my friends and family.
