I highly recommend Gunther for purchase and service. I bought my Tiguan at Gunther Delray a couple of years ago. The purchase was easy and I was treated very well. I have returned for all my service needs and found them to be quick and efficient. In fact for the first couple of years they provided coupons for free service. I usually made an appointment but even without one they are very gracious and got me out in under an hour.

Dominick was my service provider and he was wonderful. I brought my Volvo 2018 XC90 in for the 30,000 mile service today and as always was treated kindly and professionally! They take great care of the cars and their customers. I would highly recommend Gunther Volvo for service. I also bought my car from there three years ago from Beau Brady and received outstanding honest service then. I recommend this family owned dealership to all of my friends and family! Really nice people. Reasonable in negotiations. I worked with Matthieu and he was super nice, went the extra mile every step of the way. He even moved everything from my old car to new while I was in signing. No hidden surprises with Alex in financing (refreshing).

Dominic was wonderful to work with. He went out of his way repeatedly to make things more convenient and affordable. Everyone was professional, honest, on time, and very personable. I felt very comfortable there. Most importantly, they have my 100% confidence in their technical abilities and delivering on time. My car will never go to another service manager/dept again. Appointment immediately began upon my arrival 15 minutes early. Service manager stated the recall process would take about 1.5 hrs due to two vehicles ahead of me. He invited me into the waiting area which was comfy and had a welcome coffee machine. I noticed several employees coming and going which is normal for a high service company. One thing that was quite evident was how professional and courteous everyone was with each other. Everyone respected each other and this feeling makes me want to return for my next vehicle. My hat is off to Gunther. P.S. the process took an hour.

Gunther Volkswagen/Volvo has HORRIBLE customer service! Do not go to Tony Corsentino!! He may seem friendly in the beginning but once that deal is closed he will never call you back. It's hard to reach him if you have any question that he does not want to answer as well as trying to get a hold of the general managers or the finance people working there. They will give you the run around and never return your calls or take them. I highly recommend do not go or waste your time and money going to Gunther Volkswagen/ Volvo. Tony Corsentino is not a helpful or nice person!!!

They dragging you in, just to waste your time. Came to fix my car after accident, Drew said "just come in and we will give you an estimate to start work ." came back, only now he demanded some kind of payment for initial check up?!?! Weren't able to explain to me , why I have to pay when I have an insurance , and even already paid my deductibles. Then came some manager, and turn me down to some kind "collision place" like I was lost. If I wanted to go to some third party collision centre, I would've done it Without your directions. Now I believe to all negative reviews about this dealership, shove trusted them to start with.
PS. No Need to BS answers, such as, "we will bring it to our manager blah blah" it starts from Yr management! Hopefully others won't waste their time with you as I did.

WOW I LOVE THIS PLACE. If you are interested in buying a car, speak with James Gunther. This was my first experience buying a car and was so happy with the outcome. James helped me with everything we needed and was super patient with me and my father. If it wasn't for him I definitely would have never left the lot that day with my new car!! I am so grateful for James and his service, he was awesome. James stayed after hours and even helped me connect my Bluetooth with my phone and helped me learn the buttons on the car as well. I am so so so happy. THANK YOU JAMES AND GUNTHER VOLKSWAGEN!!!

I can't say enough about my experience at Gunther VW. I flew down from Tampa to purchase my very first car from them this past weekend. Having just moved across the country and being my first car, I was very nervous so my uncle called and negotiated over the phone with Beau Brady. Beau was amazing and truly went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of - from picking me up at the airport early the next morning to the moment I drove off the lot with my very own car. Everyone I met and worked with - Beau, Iva, George and Alex - was so professional, personable and kind. Not to mention, I saved a lot of money by flying down to Del Ray and taking my business to Gunther. They will be my go-to next time I'm looking to purchase and I'd recommend to anyone.

Colby was absolutely fantastic! Great Experience

After a bad experience several years ago at this Volkswagen location, I decided to return and give it a second chance. Thanks to Colby, my shopping experience at Volkswagen this time was wonderful!

Colby anticipated and satisfied all of my needs in terms of leasing a new car. He very patiently went over all of the options and even encouraged me to go up a trim level (a decision that I could not be happier with!).

He was not pushy and made sure that I was completely, 100% comfortable with the car I was getting.

After I signed the paperwork, I noticed some minor issues, which he immediately addressed.

Thanks to Colby, I will certainly return to lease/buy another car, and I highly recommend his service and this location!

This used to be AutoNation Volkswagen, but it was bought by Gunther. On two occasions, I found the customer service experience at Gunther to be unsatisfactory. The last time there, I got in a shouting match at the end, and nobody even came out to defuse the issue, or see what the problem was.

Second time bringing my Jetta in for a engine oil leak
First time the leak was on top of engine got fix but broke a peace of a plastic that holds together two hoses. Second time leak was by the oil drain they said there is no leak but I have oil patches in my drive way and I lifted the car my self and saw oil coming out the oil pan by the oil drain. Guess I'm seeing things.

My service manager, Lucas is beyond the most amazing, knowledgeable, and honest person in the car industry that I know of. He has a great way of explaining in simple terms what is going on with your car and what needs to be done and why. What I really like the most is that he will not try to rob you of getting extra services done - just what is needed to have your car running consistently and to be completely dependable.

I absolute love to come to get my service down here because it's a place that I can trust and depend on!
