Worst dealership service experienced to date. Got yelled at by a master tech and was refused service for a non-functioning feature. This is a slap in the face because the car I took in was a brand new Toyota with less than 5k miles. I kindly asked what I should do since it is new and the dealer is refusing to work on it. The master tech specialist told me: "call Toyota, call Entunes or go back to where I bought the car, there is nothing I can do for you!!!" This guy was pissed off and disgruntled for sure.
Page Toyota's rational for refusing to do anything about the nonfunctioning feature was that they were unable to test the functionality and therefore it is unreproducible.
While being unable to verify the functionality, they still checked the fuses and electrical system.
Why would the master tech check these items if they did not have the capability to test the functionality in the first place? Answer: If they lack fundamental problem solving skills aka someone you never want working on your car.
I called Toyota and got in touch with global HQ. They said that there is not much they can do over the phone and to take it into a dealer. I told them I already did that and they recommended a DIFFERENT Toyota dealer entirely.
So there you go, Toyota global HQ recommending a different dealer.
Done with Page.
I agree with Toyota HQ and would suggest any other Toyota dealer.
Minimal new vehicles available to see. At least 15 minutes on the lot, no sales people on the "new car" side even paid attention to us. As we crossed back over the "used car" side and glanced at some vehicles there, a sales person did come out and talk with us a bit. However, we are primarily interested in leasing a new vehicle, so he really wasn't going to be able to help us. At least he made the effort to make contact though.
Just leased a RAv4 from them. Do not know anything about technical service yet, but sales are friendly and willing to work with you.
When I leased the car, I was suggested to buy Gap insurance by the Finance staff and was told I could cancel anytime. I paid around $700 for it. I called my insurance company about this Gap insurance and found it would only cost me lower than $100 (several dollars/month). I called to cancel this Gap insurance. First I was told to fill up a form, so I asked for the form. Then, I lost connection. I emailed, left message. No response.
I called Toyota Finance twice, then get it done, but they do not refund you, they deducted your principal, then I have to manually change my monthly payment. Maybe this will happen to all dealers, but definitely not happy experience. I will drop my review to two stars.
I have a Prius with 300K miles on it, which I had just bought used for $2K. It was getting low mileage. It quit running. It started up a day later and I brought it in. They thought it needed a new electrical engine but they found out that it was just the connections that had become corroded. It was a much cheaper fix. Lawrence Stevenson was very nice, very patient, and very accommodating to us. He was wonderfully helpful while I have no idea what he makes I am sure it is not enough.
I went to 3 different car dealerships and no luck, then I received a phone call from Danielle Davis, she is really awesome! She related to me and how I was feeling about having no credit but needing to get in a vehicle. She sent me to Rory he is awesome as well and they worked with me and I drove off with a new car. THANK YOU SO MUCH PAGE TOYOTA
I have been with Page Toyota for many years. The main reason is that they are the best. I just recently leased another vehicle thanks to Colleen Paige and Jason Dunsmore. They take care of there loyal customers and anyone else. They are professional and care about people, not just numbers. I want to say thank-you once again. I appreciate all you do and have done for me.
We have leased several vehicles from Page Toyota.
Colleen Paige has taken care of us the last three of four times.
She is awesome!
She is extremely helpful and accommodating.
Her product knowledge is amazing.
She is easy to reach and is always friendly.
Colleen really goes the extra mile for us and keeps us coming back.
We give her an A+!
My sales experience with Colleen Paige was completely consistent with what I read online. It was quite refreshing to deal with her after having a recent bad (unprofessional) experience with my local dealership located only 10 minutes away from my home in Ann Arbor. That experience made me realize that my approach to selecting a salesperson required serious research, not just randomly dealing with the person that the switchboard receptionist transfers you to. I searched online in the Metro Detroit area, read lots of salesperson reviews, debated between 3, then finally selecting Colleen.
I chose her because some of her previous customers took the time to write detailed, helpful reviews by using key words such as "professional, she listened, was patient, detail-oriented". These strongly resonated with what I sought and I am happy to have had an excellent, stress-free experience leasing my new car yesterday -- despite her even being slightly under the weather -- she was still awesome, you would have never known it, and got the deal done. The Business Manager, Kristi, was also great, allowed me to take my time to review my contract, and answered all of my questions in a no-pressure manner.
I hope that my review will now be helpful to someone else! The best deal and best salesperson MAY NOT be local and may be worth it to travel a bit to accomplish that. I'm very happy that I did. IT WAS WELL WORTH THE TRIP.. Another satisfied Page Toyota customer!
i absolutely recommend it! We had an accident and brought the car there to fix. It took them only a day to fix the whole rear bumper. The work was done very professionally. The staff is very nice. Thanks to Jim , Roman and Pam my experience at page toyota was great! Totally going for service there again.
I had a very bad experience with the service department and I will never bring my car to be serviced at Page Toyota. The customer service advisor Ethan Simmons provided poor customer service to me and I reported it Dave Davis, the supervisor of service. When I spoke to Dave Davis about the situation, he was very unprofessional, insensitive, and very disrespectful towards me. He stated that if I had a problem with Ethan Simmons that I had a problem with Page Toyota. He refused to service my vehicle and told me to go somewhere else to get it service. The problem I had was with attitude and poor customer service of the advisor and not with Page Toyota. I was very upset and dismayed that Page Toyota refused to service my vehicle due to this incident. And, I purchased an Easy Care Warranty from Toyota and any Toyota dealership is suppose to service your vehicle. I purchased two Toyota vehicles from other Toyota dealerships but I always had them serviced at Page Toyota. I know that Toyota company prides themselves for great customer service and I did not receive this type of treatment during my last visit. Page Toyota has lost a long standing customer.I will never come back for any type of service at Page Toyota.
The staff is friendly and the service is great. The waiting room is clean and they serve free cookies to those who are receiving a service. The staff is very professional and personable.
When I first reached out via the website I was contacted by Becky, who was warm and friendly right off the bat! She made me feel comfortable having a million questions, and she took into consideration that I am sick, so did all she could to get me as much info as possible before I even showed up at the dealership door.
Enter Crystal - she had all the answers when it came to the finances, and was very open to showing Martin (my husband) and I all of our options. She introduced us to the opportunity to buy or lease a brand new Camry or Corolla, and broke down different variations of the numbers for me until my head was spinning. We were so excited to hear that we qualified for 0% interest! I want to give a little shout out to Kim, who helped us when we came to test drive the 2017 Corolla and Camry; she was energetic, enthusiastic, and made us excited about getting a new car.
But, in the long run, we decided it was a wiser financial decision to purchase the 2014 Camry I have leased for the last 3 years. When I explained this to Crystal, she didn't miss a bit, expressing her understanding and respect for how we spent our hard earned money. She worked diligently to get us a low rate through Toyota, but inevitably she realized that our best bet was to continue our financing with our Credit Union and remove the dealership from the equation. This saved us money on document fees, etc, which comes up to a couple hundred dollars. After putting in ALL that work, when she realized our best/cheapest option was to go with our Credit Union, she shared that with us and guided us on how to follow through with it.
From start to finish I have been impressed. I had a poor experience with two other Toyota dealerships before being referred to this one, and I'm so grateful that I was! Because our plan is to come back later this year and lease or buy that Camry I was eye-balling. Without becoming a 'customer' at all, since we never even ended up doing business together, Page Toyota gained a customer for life! Integrity is one of the most important things to me, and every staff member at Page Toyota displayed that they had it in spades. Big thanks to all of you!
Dean Jarrell is an excellent sales man. Very honest, straight forward individual who's is willing to work for you to get the best deal. He worked with us and matched our best price and went above and beyond to get us the best deal at the best price.
