My experience was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The only downside is there was a bit of noise outside during the early morning hours as apparently there was construction taking place. I'm sure this is not a regular occurrence so I can confidently recommend this establishment. I

A decent place for the night longer stay like us probably not best. Rooms are warm have to keep a.c. on all night. But for price alright.

Customer service was pretty good. My room was recently renovated and the bathroom was seriously nice. The breakfest isnt anything to write home about, but at $65.99 a night, its totally worth it. I will mention during my stay in room 110 I heard a high pitch hum every few hours. I believe it was a waterheater or something. So try to stay away from that room to avoid noise. Otherwise, Id stay again.

The room was completely immaculate. I could tell the room had been recently renovated, and the result was very nice. The complementary breakfast was nice as well. Great provisions. The hotel is close to town, too. Which was very nice. There is definitely room for improvement on customer service. We were thanked for our business, but somehow didn't feel too welcomed, and upon checkout, our room was immediately bombarded and searched before we even stepped foot out of the office, as if we had wrecked the place. All in all, it was a nice stay and we would be back again.

The room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast provided had a wide variety of options available. The front desk attendant went over and above the call of duty to meet our needs. We will most definitely return and would recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives.

    Worst sleep I ever had.

I would highly recommend spending another 10-20 dollars a night for somewhere else.

I usually love budget places like this, but it was by far the *worst* weekend trip I've had. Terrible beds, pitiful pillows and there was a *knocking* noise all night through the pipes. No one was able to sleep. I talked to a lot of "neighbors" the next day, nobody was able to sleep. Manager refused refunds for anyone who asked. And just about everyone was asking.

Please learn from my mistake. Don't let your weekend in Monterey be ruined by saving twenty bucks on a room.
