I can honestly say that my visits to Paddy Long’s are the best bacon experiences I’ve ever had. They have a half dozen different types, all cured in-house, and all absolutely delicious. Their beer selection and other menu items complement the bacon perfectly. The staff is excellent and the pub is located just a half block west of a Brown Line stop.

A bar with a focus on bacon? What can't you love about it. I've been here for brunch, lunch, dinner, and late night - and every visit was great. They have a top notch beer selection plus an awesome jukebox. Did I mention the bacon focused menu?

Beer and bacon, yes please. If you havent tried it jowel bacon is the greatest thing ever made. They have a "bomb" sandwich which is simply amazing. Also you can ask for a mystery 3 dollar beer, my buddy got a great Irish ale, I got an ice house. Still fun.

I went to Paddy Long's with a crew of 5 guys to get the Paddy Bomb. What is it? It's 6lbs of meat wrapped in bacon, served with buns and french fries. We went around 1pm on a Sunday and the place was nearly empty (maybe 2 other tables) which was fine since the waitress/bartender was really nice and attentive anyways. The bomb looked as formidable as it sounds, and while cooked thoroughly, it was a little cold. It was good, in the sense that it's meat and bacon, but at the same time tasted a bit bland without the BBQ sauce. It's definitely a fun thing to do with a crew, but eh wouldn't have to do it again.

Really good staff. Solid beer choices. The everything-is-bacon thing is gimmicky, but there's really nothing wrong with the food. I like this place.

I get seduced by the front patio into coming in here every time. Every time! And yet i forgot to take a picture of it! They have an excellent better selection, but it's kind of pricey. Good was good and interesting. Crowd was cool and so was the staff. Come here!

First time here, the bartender was fantastic and very personable. The food was amazing. Bacon platter and fried pickles. Not to mention the great beer selection.

What more could you want in a bar. Excellent beer selection and bacon. Lots of bacon. Also home to my favorite spicy chili.

I've always been a fan of this place. Amazing bacon variety and craft beer selections. Did a beer and bacon pairing recently and it was well worth the cost for the reservation. The peppered bacon was one of my favorites.

Horrible service. The waitress came to us once and then didn't come back for over 20 minutes, talking to other tables and dropping stuff off at tables near us, then would just bolt back behind the bar before asking if we needed anything. Our drinks were nearly empty and we still hadn't ordered food which is what we came there to do. Finally I went to the bar and asked her politely if she could come over and take our order when she had a minute. She came to our table five minutes later with a horrible attitude and was extremely rude. Then still just dropped stuff off at the table after that and would run away without asking if we needed anything else. The food was not even that great. It was mediocre at best but and not live up to the bacon bar hype. Bad service, mediocre food. Atmosphere was nice, but overall would probably not recommend.
