  I have to share this story because I was absolutely in shock after witnessing how my salad was prepared a second time from Fresh Brothers in Westlake Village, Ca. (The first salad was made wrong)
  
  I ordered a Chopped BBQ Salad. I’m standing at the register watching the so called cook prepare my salad only because the first time it was made incorrectly and I wanted to make sure they did it correct the second time.
  I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt that his hands were already washed prior to preparing my salad. He, with no gloves on, reaches in with his hands and pulls out a handful of lettuce then proceeds to add it to a large bowl, he then reaches for another item to add to the bowl. He then suddenly stops, wipes his hands on his jeans, not the apron he was wearing, he picks up his cell phone and starts to text someone, after about 30 seconds he puts the phone down. He does not wash his hands or put on gloves and reaches for more items to add to the salad bowl that he was mixing together. He then takes a chopper and starts chopping up the Salad. He then must have gotten a reply on his initial text because he proceeds to pick up his phone again and texts someone. He then wipes his hands again on his jeans and continues to make my salad. By now I’m completely in shock and I’m not going to eat that salad. I tell the employee at the register that I demand a refund on my salad and proceed to explain what I just witnessed. His only comment was I’m sorry, I will talk to him. He gives me a refund on my salad only and charges me for my pizza. He then states “ I can give you the salad free if you want it.” WHATNo I don’t want that salad, not even for free!
  Be forewarned before you eat at Westlake Village Fresh Brothers!

  I love Fresh Brothers and this location has exceptional customer service! There was a mistake made on my pizza and they had no problem replacing it in a timely fashion. Always delicious, always a pleasure.

  If you want the best wings in Ventura this place is it. I'm from Philly and we have the best wings. Since moving here from Philly I've searched and searched for something close and fresh brothers is it. They also make very good salads

  In from Las Vegas first time customer. We ordered extra large cheese pizza. Came out burned around the edges. I was impressed when the manager offered to replace the pizza. Very good pizza we will be back

  Ah, Fresh Brothers. Love this place and so does everyone I know. Now they aren't cheap like Dominos, but you can truly taste the difference. This is pizza the way the good lord intented it.

  Love the white pie ricotta and spinach and good old margherita.. but what I love EVEN MORE is that I can bring their pizza to Third Rail and enjoy my food with some tasty cocktails. The only pizza I don't like is the mushroom one though I know others do - to me, the mushrooms taste old and bland.. imho I think that pie would benefit from olives or something to brighten the flavors.

  Vegan dream come true! This is my first time at Fresh Brothers since becoming vegan two years ago. I only went once before that. I called to make sure their dough was 100% vegan before going and was pleasantly surprised when they said all the dough uses unbleached flour and only cane sugar, so it's totally vegan. Also it's great that there isn't a separate vegan dough, as all the pizza dough is the same there. We got half of the pizza with vegan cheese & sausage, added mushrooms. The other half is the vegetable pizza with artichokes added. My aunt had a member email so we got 10% off and it turned out to be about $26 including tax. Not to mention we got an XL and made it DEEP DISH!! The pizza looked huge and delicious when it arrived, unfortunately when we took a couple bites we saw that the dough was still quite undercooked/raw. So we took the pizza back in to cook longer but were told they couldn't because of health reasons since the pizza was touched. Which of course makes sense. The manager told us he'd make us a new one and gave us a box for this one to take home since it wasn't bad but just needed to go in the oven for longer. We waited 15-20 more minutes but it's okay because we were taken care of and I am happy with the customer service. The second pizza was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. I am very impressed by the overall experience and love the location as well. We sat outside and listened to the lovely live band. 5 Stars for sure :)

  I came here with my friend- GREAT service and GREAT pizza! I'm from Chicago so I wasn't sure about the deep dish, but we ordered it and I was blown away. I have so missed quality pizza living on the east coast and west coast. The person we ordered from was super friendly and helpful. I can't say enough how much I love this place!!!
