With all the other theatres nearby, Edward's get less traffic. So if you want to get away from the crowds on opening night, come here.

This had always been my favorite theater ever since it was opened and I love the new upgrades that you've made to the place. So I'm sad to say that I would've given you 5 stars except for the one thing that makes me a bit upset, which is actually the most important thing when it comes to all movie theaters, and that's a clear image. The screens here are all way to dim and the contrast is way, way to dark. It makes it impossible to see any detail in the film you're watching. People pay good money to watch great movies at a great establishment, but your screens need to be recalibrated, or upgraded so that the image isn't so shadowy. The images on my own home television are clearer than the screens here

Nice sound, chairs, etc. But sucks the bathrooms are on 2nd floor- that's very inconvenient.

This theatre is clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. They burnt my popcorn a little but it was still okay.
Their seats fully recline, but you have to share an armrest with your neighbor. And despite the reclining I still think the first few rows have a pretty steep viewing angle.
There are only two bathrooms in the whole place and one is a family bathroom so it's one person at a time.
All together I think it's a good theatre, but it's a little expensive and you don't get any of the things a lot of theatre's are doing lately like alcoholic drinks.response / report this review -

Good place to go and I live in oxnard but rather drive to Camarillo to watch a movie. Good customer service experience all the time. Always good to see Sally that girl. That takes the tickets when you walk in genuine smile all the time.

I'm spoiled by the recliner seats; I won't go anywhere else. This place is clean and close by. My kids love the icees and mixing their flavors together. Ticket prices are awesome.

I haven't been to the Edwards Camarillo theaters in a couple years. I was amazed to see the nice floors and the reclining seats in the theater 1. I enjoyed the movie with the upgraded sound system. I want to go there again. Hopefully they will soon include a in theater food option.

Great new reclining seating, very comfortable. Great customer service. Great snack bar, but I wish they would be a little forward thinking and offer things like fruit and maybe raw veg with dip if you wanted. Wouldn't that be great?

I was not happy with my experience at this theater. I took my mom to see the Mummy. I had free tickets that were paid for and given to me as a gift, but because this theater was upgraded with recliner seats, I was charged a $1.50 surcharge for each ticket. This doesn't make sense to me. It was not stated on the ticket that an extra fee would be charged if the theater was upgraded. Nothing else about the theater was upgraded. The bathrooms needed work and there was only one bathroom downstairs with one toilet for men and women. Not coming back again.
