Never had an issue with owen motors any time i went with a question he answered it in a professional manner people say hes rude i dont think so as i said very professional and courteous they know their job and do it well very honest and i can appreciate that this place is the only place i can leave all my stuff in my truck and not worry about anything missing

The owner is extremely rude. I was thinking about buying a Volkswagen Beetle from him (not knowing the guy already has a bad reputation). I took the car to my mechanic to have it looked at to make sure it was suitable to buy. If everything checked out within reason I was going to purchase the car. A few issues came up. One had to do with the original exhaust system in the car. My mechanic told me the car needed a new exhaust system sooner rather than later. He also mentioned that this could be pricy to repair and recommended asking the owner to come down on the price. Well, when I returned to the car lot, Roy asked me how everything went. All I said was there were a few things and he immediately got defensive and rude. I calmly explained what my mechanic had told me. I was even willing to negotiate with him until he started getting loud. He denied the car needing a new exhaust and even told me to "go buy a new car so you don't have to put a penny into it for ten years". He was extremely argumentative. The fact that he would do this to any one of his customers let alone a 24 year old girl is very disturbing. I would NEVER buy anything from him or recommend anyone buy anything from this nut job.

Bought a Jeep from them and was told their mechanic had fixed everything and it was good to pass inspection. Upon taking it to be inspected, three days after we purchased tge vehicle, we discovered there was not only rust but actual holes rotted through the front differential. Pa state laws States that no car shall be sold that will not pass inspection. This includes cars sold with an "as is" policy. A bad differential is actually listed as one of the items the seller is responsible for. So now we are in a situation where the vehicle is not safe to drive, if his mechanic actually fixed or even looked over then they knowingly sold us an unsafe vehicle, he also knew we had children who would be in this vehicle. As it is stands we are trying to resolve the issue without involving the police. We could have them shut down but are attempting to give them a chance to pay for and correct the situation. None of this would be happening if they had properly checked the vehicle and this is a hassle and stress that was not needed, nor should be involved in purchasing a vehicle.
