I had a working job interview here, where I was bitten by a dog. I showed the manager on duty , as well 2 other employees my bite. They had 3 people holding this dog back, as I entered the large dog playyard, I was attacked. They told me this dog is aggressive and has bitten others. The owner refused to pay my doctor bill of $228.00. I can't afford to pay it, and think he should do the right thing. I just wanted a better job, to take care of my 3 kids. I wouldn't recommend this place, as he is not a decent man.

Great place for dogs! Very friendly staff. - Updated we used to board here but now board through our Vet office. It rubbed me the wrong way when they wanted you to pay extra to play in the grassy area, take a walk or for them to throw the ball a couple of times. Are they not in the business because they love animals and would want to do these things anyway??

They take such wonderful care of my kitty, she is loved on daily by a wonderful and professional group of people! I never worry when I have to leave for a long vacation, great place. I highly recommend it even for just a day visit.

We board our cat and dog at the same time when we go on vacation. Our cat stays at Continental Boarding all the time and as frequent guests they have always accommodated him..he does not love to be caged as he roams around our house and lot. Our dog is no longer with us since a careless driver hit her but she frequently was a guest for daytime visits as well as boarding to interact with our dogs.

Our french bulldog stayed at Continental for 2 nights. His 2 doses of meds were returned to us, so he had not been given any of his anti-anxiety meds that they assured us would be given. He has had the runs all day, probably due to the separation anxiety. He has had almost brown urine, and hasn't stopped drinking water since we picked him up today.

update after owner response: if you did not locate the meds and he was there 2 days, why did we not receive a phone call about it? My wife said they spoke at length about the meds and your girl put them in the bag. When we picked him up, there was still no mention of the meds not having been given.

This is a great place for play care and for boarding of dogs and cats. The play areas are large and well supervised. There is indoor and outdoor facilities. The staff is excellent with the animals.

The facility is spacious and clean, with exceptional staff. Everyone is obviously very much a dog person. My Corgi, Ruby, absolutely loves coming here for both doggy daycare and boarding. The doggy daycare provides her with much mental and physical stimulation, as well socialization with other dogs and humans.

I have used Continental Dog Boarding several times in the past and had good experiences. The last two times I have boarded my dog there have NOT been good. Our dog has come home looking dirty even though we paid for a bath each time. Both times she has had stomach / digestive issues afterwards. She requires daily eye medication and her eyes looked awful after just a 2.5 day stay. When dropping her off this latest time I spoke directly with the young lady at check-in about my bad experience on the previous visit. She apologized and assured me it would not happen again. It did and my dog will not be back. Once my go-to kennel Continental has dropped the ball and lost a customer.

I have been taken my Dogs before they passed away and now my cat for the last 2 years to this Kennel. The staff is very friendly, my cats as well my dogs who are in dog haven have always been treated well at this Kennel. I give this Kennel a 5 star rating.

Dogs don't come back stinky or thirsty. Huge running area for the dogs, great customer service, our dogs are happy and well kept.

Here is how I came about Continental Boarding..
My lab unexpectedly passed away and my boxer mix was lost without her; sitting by the window always looking for her and my heart was breaking. My girls always had each other and without my lab, my boxers separation anxiety was killing me. About this time a friend told me about Doggie Daycare where she takes her 3 dogs so I decided to give it a trial run even though my boxer has always proved not to get along with other dogs. The staff at C.B. did an evaluation and slowly introduced her into the open 5acre field, filled with other dogs. I called and could not believe she was out there amongst other dogs, not lunging, not even barking at them. so I did what any dog mom would do and I went to the facility bc I had to see it with my own eyes. There stood my boxer mix in a group of other dogs. She was running, jumping and yes she stood at the fence and the gate some, but she has improved every time I drop her off. This is a work in progress, but I know once she gets out there to play or just be around other dogs, shes okay, shes safe, and she comes home exhausted. Now when I ask her "Do you wanna go play with your friends" she grabs her leash and drops it at the front door. The staff are AMAZING; I asked 100 questions and stayed well over my welcome, but they were patient with me, friendly and accommodating bc my heart was broken over my lab and they understood that. They listened and made time for me between their normal duties. I cannot say enough good things; my boxer is getting socialized and we are working on her separation anxiety; I could not ask for more from the staff. The only thing I would like to see that a lot of the competition has are cameras.

We have a special needs older dog that is our joy. He suffered from seizures and cancer.We needed to leave town and were really concerned. The staff took exceptionally good care of him and I would highly recommend this kennel to anyone. Dr Shaw is our vet, and that have me an additional level of confidence for my dog's care. Thank you again.
