Great coffee with a wonderful atmosphere. They offer a nice variety of coffee and some fun accessories. I had to buy a mug!

Staff is incompetent and SLOW. They are nice , but they always screw something up. Today we ordered two coffees, they were barely warm. It's a shame, the food, coffee and deserts are good. When they first opened it was not like this. Maybe someone will read this review and start training the staff better.

The menu is very diverse and trendy. Lots of delicious options. The only thing that I would NOT recommend is their fresh salads because the veggies are rarely fresh. Really sad because everything else is perfect.

This place used to be one of my favorite coffee shops to work remotely. Free wifi and hot coffee. They recently expanded their menu to offer full lunch offerings, and the energy of the place has changed from a light-hearted gathering place to a line of people staring at the pick-up window. The kitchen cannot keep up with orders, and the man who I think is the manager does not have a pleasant demeanor.
This place lost its charm once the menu expanded. The Cocoon is now filled with anxious guests waiting too long for food.response / report this review -

Long wait for the food and the open face Brie with roasted apples Didn't have roasted apples. Big chunks of apple that needed to be smaller and enough for each bite. I expected a little cooked apples Not raw apples in large chunks. Balsamic reduction and cheese was good though.

Great selection of coffee, and coffee based drinks; Plus the food is absolutly phenomenal, and baristas are friendly. It's a cool location for a cool little shop in the small town of Hawley, PA.

Cute place in the middle of a lot of driving.
They have everything you'd expect from a coffee shop- coffee, espresso drinks, hot chocolate, pastries, sandwiches.. I think they even have mild booze?? They have magazines and coloring books (with colored pencils!) so it's a great spot to kill time or meet up with friends.
Abundant seating (stools, chairs, benches..) so you can go with a group or stay by yourself.
Service is generally fine. I've witnessed other customers struggling with their orders but I haven't first handedly experienced any disappointment.response / report this review -
