*2017* It's going to VERY important the your installers become better versed on tech side of devices, gotta move forward with the times and not expect customers to "figure it out" *OR* offer a (not included) $99 for a Geek Squad type person to come.

There were a few miss-steps on forgetting to bring key pads and all the remotes, BUT overall the tech who installed the actual motors and brackets did a good job and a few trips back out in a very timely manner got us squared away.

Jay was our sales person and personally I'd give that guy 5 stars. Professional, curtious and patient with our situation. He even helped me do some stuff "outside the scope" of the typical job.

Called at 830 on a Saturday morning and my garage door was fixed by 2.

Guy that came out was friendly, worked quickly and not only fixed the door but had it running noticeably smoother/quieter than before.

$56 service call plus parts and labor for 2 replaced springs was at the lower end of what I expected.

Showed up didn't fix anything charged 60.00. Wanted 850.00 to replace door. I call another place they ordered the part and repaired the door for less than 200.00.

Getting ready to phone them about a new lock for the security door, and I imagine, as always and as others have echoed, the service will be great! We've been overhead door customers since early 2000. At any rate, you get the point--a REPEAT, satisfied Customer ') OOPS! Spoke, well, wrote too soon. Brittany in residential sales, had absolutely NO idea what I was talking about when I used the term black, steel, "SECURITY" Door--she stated, and I quote: "I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about; is it like an entry door, is it a garage door?". Really Brittany? And Clint, in Specialty sales, whom she transferred me to, seemed irritated by my call; or was it my voice, or just what? Oh well, so much for "phone" customer service. 2 thumbs DOWN!

Don't worry about doing anymore research. Go with Overhead Door and you won't regret it! They were at my house within a half hour of calling. Phil quickly got my garage door secured and had my new one scheduled for delivery and installation. Justin was on time with the installation and did a great job. I am super impressed with the customer service. You guys rock.
