Great food, DJ's/music and service. Nice, clean and spacious bar with plenty of seating and lots of games to play, for both gambling and non-gambling people. Friendly, clean neighborhood bar.

I highly recommend avoiding this place. I am a born and raised local, who frequents many great establishments. I was tempted to check out the Outpost Saloon due to its proximity. This place had all the early disastrous signs. After putting a nice chunk of cash into the machine I noticed the laminated paper they leave at every machine explaining max bet drink rules. This information is understandable, however it's concerning that it needs emphasism. I dropped a solid tip in the cup and started playing some max bet hands. The bartender got me a beer and quickly brought me a bill.? I put it to the side and slowly played max bet hands while watching sports center. The bartender (Salina) approached me and told me I wasn't playing aggressive enough to receive complimentary drinks and needed to pay for my beverage. I said that was fine and opened a running tab (gave her my credit card). Shortly after the bartenders aggravated behavior my video poker pot was mysteriously altered. I vividly remember what my pot amount was at that moment. Furthermore, after taking my eye Off the machine for one minute to watch a football clip my pot amount was suddenly 30$ short. When I asked the bartender how I could suddenly loose 25+ hands she blamed it on my playing style! At this point I was at a loss for words. To top off the bartenders concerning behavior, when I went to cash out Salina only handed me 2$ instead of my 7$. She purposely shorted me 5$. When I asked where my 5$ was she claimed it was the cost for my beverage. She didn't even give me the opportunity to pay my running tab with the card she had in her possession. Furthermore, I was in disbelief that my loss while playing house rules couldn't get me at least one comp beverage. I quickly got my credit card and found a different drinking hole. The Outpost Saloon staff member I encounter is nothing more than a criminal and I will be reporting my experience to the Nevada gaming commission.

This place was ok. The drinks weren't expensive, and the atmosphere was different. It was karaoke night apparently, which was pretty entertaining. Outside of that, there wasn't much that was memorable here.

Drinks are a reasonable price. We had quite a few drinks and did karaoke and had a blast. When I was grabbing an extra water towards the end of the night, the bar tender gave me one for free. However, he did also hit on my friend for no reason, hence three stars instead of four.
