I give it 2 stars for the environment. We've been to Vegas 5 times now, and we always try to explore each Hotel/Casino we stay in.
We wanted to take advantage of the happy hour, but one get one margaritas and drafts. The margaritas are like a cheap slushi. Don't get me wrong, I can enjoy a cheap margarita, but not this one. It comes out of the dispenser looking like gel and ice made a baby, and the liquor just sits on top of that and never stirs in! It's gross. My husband's fish ($18) was waaay overcooked and possibly old, the fries are bland, too. My coleslaw came dry, which I found to be strange. Also strange, the habanero sauce smelled like it had turned bad. It tasted horrible, too. The bbq sandwich was good and the 2 for 1 drafts is good, but not much else is worth it. The people who work there look forced to be there. C'mon Flamingo. We ate at the Margaritaville Restaurant a day before it the prices are better and the food is way more quality. Hiw can both of these places be under the same roof!?response / report this review -

Prices are higher than would like but, hey, it's on the strip. Service was awesome. Friendly. Fast. Team oreinted. Personable. Nothing but good to say.

I was in a hurry between shows. I got great service from Payton. He made great suggestions and made sure I got great food service and out. Quick enough to meet my plans. Only negative was the price. Great customer service.

Marguerita was terrible, food was terrible, service was marginal, prices were high. No complimentary chips and salsa, uncomfortable and loud! Very dissapointed!

Great food and service!!!! I went there over the weekend with some friends for some margaritas and they had us falling out the seat drunk haha The outside patio was the best part and the manager Gordo was so much fun, he took care of us and made sure everything was perfect. Def the go to when visting vegas.

TURN BACK!!
If I could give no stars I would.
Hostess spent 10 minutes on the phone with someone else, ignoring us until we were about to leaveWe should have left.
Drinks took forever. Chips and salsa were extra. "What kind of Mexican Restaurant is this?"
Cheese quesadilla was $15!
Guacamole looked and tasted several days old.
Greasy, nasty food. I needed a bath from all the grease. They should have given us towels instead of napkins.
Was running low on drinks and asked the lady who brought out our food for a refill, and she told us we needed to talk to our server.
Ironically, the best thing we had was the french fries.
Drinks always empty. One of the bottom 3 experiences of my life at a restaurant.

this place is fantastic! my girl friend vanessa got married at the flamingo and we went to carlos and charlies for her after wedding ceremony early dinner, we got there just in time for happy hour which was awesome! even though i had a virgin margarita it was delicious! the vibe was amazing, they played alot classic good oldies music mixed with newer stuff.
it was a great atmosphere, the staff was friendly and upbeat :-) the food was great and the manager GENARO is a great guy and manager, he set us up with a table for 15 people! it was a great after ceremony dinner! thank you staff and mngr genaro for showing my friends and I a great and fun time in vegas!response / report this review -

If I was able to give a 1/2 star I would. Had breakfast there since the Flamingo buffet line was way too long. The ham and cheese omelette I ordered was under-cooked and runny with egg literally streaming across my plate. The ham was can cubed, quote obvious and the cheese was not melted and agreed with another person on the review thread here that the salsa was like crushed canned tomatoes with no flavor. I sent the omelette back for a new one. The hash browns were greasy obviously bagged. I was unable to eat the meal it was too disgusting. That, a coffee and cup of OJ was $27.00. The next day I walked to Cabo Wabo and had an awesome Mexican breakfast

Good service was excellent and the portions were big we had the chicken quesadilla and fish tacos. Would recommend for someone looking for good food and a casual vibe. As for prices yes it's a little high but then again it's in a hotel casino and in Vegas. Everything there is pricey so it's not out of the ordinary.

been here many times great food great people great service need to try out the dancing after 930 had a small incident this past Saturday and the manager by the name Jorge rectified The situation within minutes. Along with his staff so if you're ever in Las Vegas you need to stop by believe me Great service from management thank you Jorge and your staff.
Ps by the way the food is great you need to try the Pamesian chicken and a T-bone steak and those ribs are to die for just sayingresponse / report this review -

Not traditional breakfast selection but food was good. Service was prompt as it was slow. Tried a variety of dishes the omelette was my favorite. Pricey but was convenient being just downstairs in hotel.
