Good food, poor service. 9 tables, two servers, very manageable coming from an experience server. Forgotten food, still charged. Additional item never order was charged.

Fantastic burgers were had by both my friend and I, served up pretty quick. Truffle fries are a pass - no taste and no smell. The oxtail fries on another table looked, and smelled, amazing.

I've eaten here several times. It's delicious. This most recent visit found them out of several menu items at 5:30pm which was weird. Service could have been improved but the food is amazing.

The food was amazing. It was a really interesting fusion of an American classic with an Asian twist. Easily as good as any burger I've had on the strip. The dried red tomato aoli was bonkers! The only downside was the service. It took an excessive amount of time to get our meal.

Excellent oversized burgers everything on the menu has excellent flavor and most importantly has been consistent over the years some places drop off but Bachi always delivers I also love their crafted sodas excellent all around

Definitely a unique burger place with good food and portions. However, there was a 30 min wait even though there were several open tables throughout the restaurant. The prices were pretty high as well: it was $15+ for a burger and then additional cost for fries. The atmosphere wasn’t anything special either. That being said, the food was not a disappointment.

Service is the issue here. I pumped this place up to some friends, having been here before years ago. Wait staff was friendly, but we're clear that they weren't out to impress anyone. Place was dead but it still took forever to get food. No one had a sense of urgency. Too bad, because with the right execution, this place could be huge! Hope it improves. Judging by the reviews I see on their google, ownership has been aware of this issue for some time. This place has been surpassed by the likes of Zinburger.

Luxurious burgers. Asian twist. A large array of variations on the theme. My burger had sauteed Uni 😋. Really fast delivery. Waiter forgot our edamame on the counter til the end of the meal, but offered to comp our drinks as a result - OK! My 17yo son devoured his large burger. He'd said he'd recently eaten, wasn't hungry, so he only got one giant burger. Good thing he wasn't hungry! Great atmosphere. Lots of wood. Plenty of cozy booths. And free standing tables. I noticed several guys eating alone so if you're in that kind of mood this is the place. Not cheap. But in exchange for money I got a creative gourmet burger and a wonderful experience in a very cozy quiet place, 1-on-1 time with my son - priceless.

I fully intended to get ramen here, until I saw the burger selections! I got the bahn mi burger, and it was probably the best burger I've ever had! I initially ordered it medium rare, but the waiter recommended medium, as there is pork in the burger (and shrimp!) The burger came out perfectly and was perfect. The flavor was great. Service was OK, not fast, but not terribly slow either. Although this would be a bit out of the way if you're on the strip, it's definitely worth the trip!

First time at Bachi Burger, what an awesome restaurant!! Clean, lots of seating, friendly staff, fresh food, beef cooked the way to want it gourmet burgers and a variety of sauces and dips for their fries.
This is not a burger King restaurant😵 I now have my favorite place to eat when I'm visiting my family and friends in Las Vegas. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟from Gridley, Ca.

We saw this on the show Diners Drive in's and Dives. They have a variety of burgers. They for one smell amazing, But they also taste amazing. I finished mine in 5 minutes but I was also super hungry. The burgers a good size. The fries are super good too.
