Our experience was classy and delicious. We had the chefs tasting menu and it was devine. Service was impeccable as well as the food. Nathaniel, our waiter was super professional. He and the matre d went above and beyond. Thank you all. Great crew.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Alize! Been here numerous times and they never let me down. Customer service is always on point, food is amazing, presence is exciting and the prices for what you get are reasonable. Fellas, if you want to impress a young lady, this is the place to do it! This is my favorite restaurant in Vegas, by far!!!

As far as atmosphere, Alize has a great view of the city and the serving staff was very pleasant. As far as the food though, our meals were over cooked, I had Duo of Lamb which was ok but the meat was very unbalanced, some med rare, some well done- certainly not what I was expecting considering the cost. My companion ordered med-rare and had to send it back because it was clearly well done and tough. We were told it was just the lighting at first but our experience in food quality told us otherwise. After more persistence we were told that there was a new chef and the chefs perception must be different (huh?). You can't really argue temperature. It's too bad because I was really looking forward to an excellent meal, instead I just received an average meal.

This was a memorable dining experience. The quality of the food was excellent, the view was impressive, and the service was outstanding. I was delighted to see healthier options on the menu, too. There was a delightful combination of flavors in each dish, which also included vibrant, fresh ingredients.

WOW! What a fake of a restaurant!
If this is a Michelin star restaurant then Michelin standards are no more for me.
But emotions aside, let's talk about busyness.
AMBIANCE: nothing remarkable, but with great views.
SERVICE: polite, trying to be professional, but still doesn't give an impression of a high class level with a few slips accrued.
FOOD: was a complete failure in our case. From all the courses of our $155 (+$20 for the caviar course) tasting menu not even one was interesting, creative, well presented or at least really tasty. EVERYTHING was so bland and mediocre that you feel that for this kind of prices you are being actually insulted. We tasted many tasting menus in other high caliber restaurants. Some were better then others, some not, but NEVER we paid this kind of money ($343 total after redeeming our $150 gift certificate which equals almost $500) leaving half hungry and very disappointed in all aspects of dining except the view).
And that speaks about the VALUE point. Yes we can afford this kind of dining, but in return the restaurant (if it charges this kind of prices) should at least provide some satisfaction to the patrons who are willing to spend it here. This place failed in this department completely.

We enjoyed a lovely tasting menu and wine pairing. There were more courses served than I've ever had in my life. While they had the quantity, the quality was a bit less than I'm used to having at Michelin star restaurants. Overall, the food was good but not exceptional. The view, decor and service was fab.

View is fantastic. Staff is very friendly and professional. Prices do bite but it worth it. ,Prex fix menu is $155 per person which is 6 course dinner (3 choices for each) with option to add caviar for additional $20. If u don't have your glasses with you skip it because you will not be able even to see it. That was the only miss. Otherwise Alize can be perfect place for a special evening .

I had my wedding reception here (February 4th 2017) it was AMAZING! The staff is literally at your service, first class service. They are in sync with each other, very knowledgeable about what they offer, they're brisk, no time is waisted and the food is flavorful. The ambience is perfect and the view from your table is breathtaking, no matter where you sit. I highly recommend dining here.

We came here for the 2016 Thanksgiving dinner. We were thoroughly impressed with the restaurant and service. The view from the restaurant was incredible. The prix fixe menu was top notch. Parking was very easy comparing to most of the 'big box' casinos on the strip. Overall an excellent experience and would do it again if given the chance.
