Never ANY customer service! Everytime I have tried to shop here, ALL the employees ignore all the customers that come in. I'll drive to Santa Cruz if I need anything from Outdoor World.

Has all the supplies needed for you're average outing. Fishing selection is above par and there is almost always someone on shift that can give you all the local insight to good fishing spots and tackle to use. Good disc golf selection as well. Shoe department if very good for hiking and work. Camping department has a lot of neat stuff like jetboil, survival equipment and quality sleeping bags. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's my first time going fishing here in Monterey, and I needed some supplies for the fishing rods I got. Not only did it Supply what I needed to go fishing , I had a list of places to go for my first time going fishing. The employees went over and Beyond to make sure that my needs were satisfied.
