Beautiful setting with beautiful houses for rent. Those with a reservation stop at the gate house for a parking pass. Free carts are available for moving luggage in and out. Some houses are on the beach and others are a very short walk from the beach. Walking, jogging, wading, building sand castles, body surfing and kite flying are all good ideas.

For several years, some friends and I stayed at a condo here every year to enjoy the awesome uncrowded beach and the quiet surroundings. The condo did not have an ocean view, but the beach was mere steps away, so this didn't matter. Those friends have moved away, but our annual stays at Pajaro were 100% great.

Quiet, large, beach access, very well kept.

Highlight of our vacation. Extremely well kept grounds. Easy beach access. Gated access (no idea if that's important). Really beautiful.

It would be a shorter list of the things that weren't broken/didn't work when we got into our room. The amount of money you pay to stay here, things should be in better working condition. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the beach access. That's huge when you have little kids. Oh and watch where you park. The sprinklers came on and covered our car with water spots that are now etched into the paint.

Beautiful views and ocean-front access. Even though you are in a condo setting, it's fairly private and very relaxing. We have always rented beach houses, but this is the way to go. We are coming back.
Donne careful to consider the level - level one will likely not have an ocean view but two and three will.

Beautiful Palm beach! The private beach of the Pajaro Dunes is the way to go if you have a friend in the condos!

Lucky to have a friend that stays here. Very beautiful place. As you are walking through the condos, it feels like Neverland, a giant fort, or tree house. No dogs though, kind of a bummer. The beach does allow bon-fires, but very windy at night.
